Translation is easy to use. it has option to be translate by machine or a translator. there were problem with displaying tc tags after manual translation but the Support is very helpful and quickly resolve the problems. I wish there is an option to choose which text to ignore so it won't get translated.

This app is great, when it does what it is supposed to. EVERY WEEK I have to contact customer support as the app. The issue is the same every week. I am in the UK, and it automatically changes the currency to a random foreign currency instead of keeping GBP. I don't use any VPNs or things like that. I send them images, videos etc. They go away for a few hours and come back saying there is no issue and to clear my cookies. This is unacceptable as my customers will be experiencing the same issues. The customer support is horrible. PLEASE SORT IT OUT!! This app has such potential.

I wanted to be able to give customers or shoppers the ability to browse the website in their own language or currency. Being able to translate the website to one's own language helps to increase your market size aka who you will be able to sell to and make more revenue as well as solve their problems. I didn't want language or currency to be a factor in not making a purchase. So I went ahead and searched language translation apps for Shopify. At first it was a bit confusing on how to make all the translations go through, but after a week and a half of going back and forth with the customer support team, I was able to make my vision into a reality. The customer support team is super friendly, helpful, fast to respond, as well as there to support even during my time to sleep at night! Highly recommend.

Great support from Lewis and his colleagues . They embedded the lingual switcher in on another place that was more confienant for me. The support team reacts ferry fast and that is one of the most important things for me.
