To be honest I'm not reviewing the app but support from Shen. Her support was excellent and she really put a lot of time into setting it up for me. I'm not revieweing the app yet because I haven't really had anytime to test it. I would have given Shen 5 stars for her work but I do not like being pushed to write reviews. That's one star she's not getting but her support was really great.

The app works and the support has been fast and reliable. I do sell books in multiple languages, and one thing I wish it would help me do is hide content based on language. Maybe it's an idea for the future.

It is a good translation tool. There is one thing I just couldn't figure out in the system. The system automatically translates the website name on browser tab. It shouldn't because it is one word but even if I want to change it manually I just can't find where to do it. Also it adds a black background to the favicon for some reason.

We used this app to translate our store into multiple languages. Automated translation needed some proofreading but worked real fast and actually better than we expected. After we encountered a small bug when manually editing the translation, Shen from the support team helped us and fixed the issue within 15 minutes.

I’ve been using this app for at least 3 years. I’m a heavy user, translating my store into one language only. It’s not perfect—I can’t give it 5 stars yet because errors appear frequently, even in places that were working fine before. So you always need to keep an eye on everything. When you run a professional and complex website, it can get frustrating and time-consuming. And now that the chat starts with a bot, it requires even more patience—getting in touch with a real agent may take more effort than it used to. That said, the app has definitely improved over the years, and there’s a truly dedicated and efficient team behind it. Tonight, Shawn was amazing. That’s the reason I’m still sticking with them. Overall, the value for money is excellent. If your site has a lot of products and branching logic, this may not be the most suitable app—though to be honest, I haven’t found anything better so far. I genuinely hope I’ll be able to give it 5 stars at some point.

App non male. Le traduzioni son comunque da controllare perche a volte son sbagliate, ma sono una buona base di partenza. Abbastanza veloce ed intuitivo. Assistenza mi ha aiutato velocemente quando ho avuto bisogno. Molte funzionalità sono a pagamento extra, o ti chiedono di aderire a piano piu costoso. Alla lunga forse un po caro. Bo e Cris dell'assistenza sono stati gentili e efficienti!

Just installed it and seems to be working great. The problem is that it can translate no more than 1000 listings, which is a problem. The support was great and helped me to set it up in no time.

The pros about this app are the options for the switcher which are more stylish than other similar apps from a visual perspective and the best of Transcy is definitely the fact that integrates and works perfectly with Shopify markets. Het vertaalt alles in je shop. Je moet het wel even na laten checken, gelukkig is bijna alles aan te passen, behalve de filter mogelijkheden. Dat is een groot nadeel. Klantenservice is top en ze reageren altijd erg snel!
