What a great app and great customer service. Very easy to install and set up. As a small charity in the UK serving families with disabled children this will help us help even more families where their first language is not English. The app is easy to use, a couple of little quirks but the live chat is so responsive to help when you are not sure. The number of 5 star reviews say it all

Customer service was very helpful and patient with troubleshooting to get my store set up and the products partially translated based on the maximum number provided in my selected plan. I'm still exploring the app and different options but wanted to leave feedback now per customer services request.

These guys are amazing. They helped with the install - ran into a few minor issues and fixed them so fast that I was amazed. The app works better than our old one and they customer service is A1. 5 star from me!

I'm giving this 5 starts but keep the following in mind: 1. I just started using this less than an hour ago and I received a proactive support, which I have to admit was very good. 2. I cannot guarantee this great support will continue beyond my review because I just started using this app; so of course they are incentivicing me to make a review quite early on. 3. If this app continues to provide a great support, Eloise was the person who took care of my first interaction and she was great :)

First of all, great app. But the best part is the support team! Since it is difficult in the first part to setup a multi-lang store, they will help you with absolutely everything in little to no time. Found it amazing working with them!

The customer service is BOMB! Literally helped with all my questions, quickly corrected all my issues, and even gave me some extra insight! very patient and works extremely fast! as a business owner, I greatly appreciate this!!!! Time is the most expensive thing!

This software is great and frees me from tedious translation. Its translations are automatic and saved, which is beneficial for multilingual SEO. The service staff is very patient, even if I don't know the settings, she helps me set them up remotely, which is great.

Very bad app and it is not working properly , broke 10 time for one week .Big problem for me and lost a lot of customers !!! NOT working good !!! Last time i had a lot of people contacting me to complain about the language problem !
