Just don't know how to describe it but this app on the bottom line is the best app the really helped me a lot and even helped me put the widget icon where I wanted with the help of the developers team I didn't need to do anything!!!!!! thank you very much!

I'm actually pretty mad at myself for leaving comments so early for the other "FOUR" translation apps I've tried out before this one. Really need to test a few out to see what fits. Finally decided to stick with Transcy because it's relatively easy and customer service is available at all times. No translation app is going to perfect nor super easy if you want multiple languages to translate at least at a mediocre level. Especially thank Raymond, Eleanor, and Joliann for helping me out the past few days. Don't have coding skills and have been learning a lot too. Feel pretty confident I'll be okay with Transcy.

The product is a bit limiting in some features like the image switch to adapt each image to the language we target but other than that, it is a great app and the customer support is very reactive and supportive. I recommand

For me, at first, the app was so overwhelming but actually very simple to use if you want a machine translation. Editing translation manually is also very simple. I had a few issues with the site but the team was very helpful and the issues were resolved very quickly. I like the app, but I would like to point out the support team and give them 5 stars. That's what counts. Finally, I am so satisfied with the final results that I have to highly recommend it. Thank you.

5 stars for customer service. They respond very very fast and solve problems quickly. but only give 4 stars because of some translate issue. it sometimes would translate the code of my theme, so I have to edit the translation manually. That takes a lot of time.

The Transcy team has very responsive, hands-on support team. However, this did not translate into a working app. Ultimately, it failed to consistently translate the content on the page after hours of me working with their team to try and troubleshoot the reason. They sent me a video saying "see it works" and, in the video itself, it didn't work.
