This solution does not have an option to translate more than 1000 products in their most advanced pricing plan. The support department has reached to me to get the proper support. They explained the issue and a work around. Looking forward to the updated version.

installed but the support has been terrible so many issues and they are being so casual about fixing it meanwhile driving traffic they simply dont care about their clients

The customer service of these guys is out of the world :))) I can't believe I am saying it really. Flora and Arian they did an amazing job helping me. Purely amazing. They did everything asked them to do, so their app translate button its matching my website theme. It's the first time I see so much implication in client support. All of this with the free version, but now I am thinking already to make an upgrade. They are smart, and they made me a new client, but they fully deserve it. Totally worth it!

The stuff is super nice and helpful, I was having some problems with the installation but Flora (one of the employees) helped me out and also answered other questions unrelated to the installation. Would 100% recommend.

At first i didnt trust this app but after working with the support team i gained trust. Scarlet was amazing and verry polite with solving the problems for my store. Her team connected to my shop and solved the problem. I recommend this app if you search for translating your website.

Super cool app (if you enable in the theme customiser like you’re supposed to). I didn’t follow the instructions properly so it wasn’t working (it was super late, I was tired) so I contacted support who immediately despite being out of normal working hours, got in touch and kindly figured out what I did wrong and fixed it. So far the app is working great, super easy and a fab translation- and really awesome support. I have had to do nothing but download and click some buttons to get a fully translated website for free. Really really impressed. Thanks.

I haven't fully delved into the app, but it seems that it fits our needs. What is remarkable is the customer service. I was helped greatly from the moment i installed the app to the app running as we want it to. My issues and errors were fixed immediately and good. Would recommend just for the customer service alone! Will give another review when i've experienced the app for a longer period.

Excellent app. We are a start up company and needed English and German translation versions. It worked perfectly so far. I tried out another app - I think - it was langify before, but Transcy works much better. Support is splendid. I think there is really no part of my original text or theme bits & pieces which I wasn't able to translate and put in perfect shape. Great app, 10 out of 5 stars ;-)
