App is intuitive and the best thing is the Support! I didn't have to do anything if i'm honest, because the nice support made every settings i needed for me. Really the best support i ever had and the translatiosn are also excellent

This is the most friendly and easiest to use among Translate APP I did try. Support Team is fast and helpful. They answered all my questions and solved problems quickly. Nice experience! 翻訳アプリの中、最も使い勝手が良いです。自動翻訳機能は優秀ですが、何よりも手動で翻訳内容を簡単に思い通りに直せることがすごく便利です。スタッフも迅速に対応していただき、よかったです。 お勧めです。

This app is amazing! We tried other apps to achieve geolocation, language, and currencies and had many challenges. This one cured all of them. Also, the customer service is top notch and Nim was amazing in answering questions and with setup. We highly recommend this app!

This app it's terrible they promise me one price, I payed the 270€ anual fee and then they asked me for a 5k anual fee... Doesn't update the banner languages in a automatic way. You need to translate it yourself.

A W E S O M E. You can't find better customer support on earth for real haha. I just contact them and they answer quickly and help me to answer all my needs (oh my god a have tons of needs haha..) appreciate this app. You can count me in for a long long long time. Recommanded

First 2 weeks: 5 stars: This is the best service I have ever received on an app. I was very shy with all the different translation apps, and in the end I choose this one because of the price and that you are not charged for the AI translation. I would suggest it is best to have your store base language in english, I unfortunately did not have. But the app easily allows you to manual change the languages on each page. Great app! Update 4 months later: Great customer service. But the app itself is lacking a lot. If you are using many theme templates, you are better off with another app. There is no clear way possible of easily managing the translations of your different theme templates. For shopify 2.0 this app is not recommended. The app is messing with internal links often. If you don't pay attention your site is probably unusable and showing a lot of 404 pages in the other language. The customer serivce is fast and good. I guess they have a hard job only working on solving problems.

I just started working with this app but up until now it looks good. The automatic translation mostly are correct, but it is pretty easy to edit the ones that are not.
