Perfect support, it was fast and great. Just the way I like it. The only things that were wrong were the application itself which at times was not very easy to use and had some bugs. But everything is fine after the help of the support...

Very useful and quick in helping me out. Really recommend the customer service. Regarding the app it's not 100% accurate, I need to check and translate by hand sometimes

Really good so far. Much faster interface than langify and much faster to autotranslate products as well. Fast support providing quick fixes for any issues.

BE AWARE After my bad experience and finally canceling and removing the app which left a lot of useless code on my side, I received 6 to 8 emails in 4 days one phone call on my personal phone number (they were masking their phone number) and they send me messages on Whatsapp. They don't respect your personal data and they will SPAM you to death! Completely useless! If you plan to translate your language from English to another language that is not Latin based, the chances of the fonts working in both languages are zero to none. And this app does not offer support or a build-in solution to adjust/change the fonts in the second language so your website will look clean and professional. The AI translation tool is a joke, don't use it to translate your website with it. Customer service was a total disappointment, they refuse to cancel my subscription even if I was in the 14-day trial and they claim that they offer 30 days refund... what a joke!

On the behalf of my team, I personally apologize because of this inconvenience and it made you feel disrespectful. Through this unexpected situation, we will recheck the agent and have a proper training to avoid this in the future, so I highly appreciate your empathy 2. For leftover code when removing our app, as usual once you uninstall our app, our core code will be removed as well, however if there's still the leftover code, you can contact us for further help or refer to our article with the title "How to remove leftover code after uninstalling Transcy?" in Help Center 3. For the main issue with changing font for target language, unfortunately it's not yet on our app, however I appreciate your suggestion and investigate to find a relevant solution for future update. Right now, our just translates the language from your default to target language, for the font of target language, it will be kept the same as original font. Hope this will clarify your concerns. This is a very great app. It translates the website and converts the currency into exactly what I needed. The support team responded instantly whenever a problem occur.

This is the solution I was looking for for my store. The advantage is that it is available in many languages and also has a currency converter. Support helped quickly with the settings.

Nice app just set up and everything works. Great support with fast responses. They have also helped me to customise the geolocation menu based on my needs on my website with their dev team.
