This app is just perfect. It helped me a lot. The customer service is excellent. Jennifer, the customer service assistant was very helpful, she was responding and offering solutions to my problems very fast

At first when I started with this app it was really good (for a French translation), few words needed to be corrected but that was okay. Whenever I needed to correct a wrong translation, some bugs in the code appear and I had tags in the middle of my titles or texts. The team was amazing correcting them every time. The only downside I have is that the same bug appeared on my home page (same wrong translation that was corrected previously) and I had to check regularly to make sure everything was well translated. Otherwise, the customer service is really good and nice!

Die App macht einen hochwertigen aber einfach zu bedienenden Eindruck! Sehr selbsterklärend und auch die Übersetzung ist top! Vielen Dank an Dory für den Support! Ich hatte die App kaum installiert, als ich von ihr bereits auf einen Fehler zwischen der App und meinem Theme hingewiesen wurde. Und dieser Fehler wurde von ihr direkt für mich behoben! Daumenhoch! Update: Ich hatte Probleme den Switcher für mich gut zu platzieren und letztlich Sonderwünsche wo und wie er angezeigt werden soll. Ich habe noch nie solch einen guten, netten, schnellen Support erlebt wie hier! Und nein, ich bekomme kein Geld für diese Rezi! ;) Ich bin einfach sehr begeistert! Die App ist top, die Bedienung ist super easy und wenn man mal nicht weiterkommt, der Support ist einfach mega! Thanks to Dory, Anna, Jennifer & Teresa!

The customer support is so good. I asked a lot of questions to John from the app, and he always give me answers. The app UI dashboard is clear to use and also provides video tutorials explaining how to set up on Shopify Store. I do recommend Trancy to other merchants or store owners.
