Very good customer service. They helped me pretty fast in the chat section. App seems to translate everything rather smoothly on site. I used two languages for the store- Finnish and English. Would recommend.

Third party apps are not changeable! Im very disappointed for such an expensive app. It is ok to make the basic translation but when I'm at the Premium Plan and I pay 40 $ per month I expect at least to help me with basic things. At the premium plan they say that I would be able to change images too but this is only for the Shopify admin.

We used this app to translate our store into multiple languages. Automated translation needed some proofreading but worked real fast and actually better than we expected. After we encountered a small bug when manually editing the translation, Shen from the support team helped us and fixed the issue within 15 minutes.
