The app is great, too bad we can't customise ourselves the CSS but the team helped me customising the plugin. And did a great job.

I’ve been using this app for at least 3 years. I’m a heavy user, translating my store into one language only. It’s not perfect—I can’t give it 5 stars yet because errors appear frequently, even in places that were working fine before. So you always need to keep an eye on everything. When you run a professional and complex website, it can get frustrating and time-consuming. And now that the chat starts with a bot, it requires even more patience—getting in touch with a real agent may take more effort than it used to. That said, the app has definitely improved over the years, and there’s a truly dedicated and efficient team behind it. Tonight, Shawn was amazing. That’s the reason I’m still sticking with them. Overall, the value for money is excellent. If your site has a lot of products and branching logic, this may not be the most suitable app—though to be honest, I haven’t found anything better so far. I genuinely hope I’ll be able to give it 5 stars at some point.

Had issues with setting up a localized domain for my translations so I contacted support and was assisted by Pauline who resolved my issued fairly quickly and also went the extra mail to send me a guide on how to do if I ever wanted to set up more languages.

I just installed this app to add multi-language capability to my website. It is easy to use and appears to do a good job at translating the content. I had a little problem implementing the switcher and using the online chat, Lisa was able to quickly resolve the problem.

I needed this app to translate some content from English to Swedish automatically for our customers. Overall really good app - great that you can manually edit the text. There were a few errors but I got really fast help from the support to fix those. The customer support is truly amazing, patient and kind. I highly recommend!
