They would not refund charges, holding on to funds until we simply gave up. Scandalous customer service. The app itself is great but no go for me, as we could not sort this out.

Initially we were kinda frustrated as there were some problems during the integration process. Our case was esclated to Dev team Johnson who was able to fix all of our issues right away. Great overall service.

Took seconds to translate from French to English, still need to vet the translation is good but so far impressed by how simple it was to set up and launch. Also received very good support (Jennifer). I had trouble setting the currency up and she solved the issue in no time.
