Great customer support. As soon as we installed the app there is someone to help us. Still in trial with the features but everything looks nice & functional

We are exasperated with this app. Always rising prices and its not working at all! We always find problems and mistakes The last mistake is that a banner and translations in the home were never updated and now we have to update our price plan if we want to get this fixed. Crazy, we are changing to langify

We use it for translation only and it does the job. Not 100% user-friendly, but the customer support is excellent.

I used this app to convert our shopify store to have an additional language. I was impressed with the customization possibility for the language selector. You can edit the colours, fonts and much more.

We uninstalled this app once as the staff told us that Transcy is are not compatible with other 3rd party app. After we uninstalled, Transcy's staff Jennifer begged us to reinstalled so she will look into the problem and solve it. We reinstalled eventually and Transcy's dev team gave us the same answer of their incompatibility. We are highly unimpressed. Sorry but this app will waste your time. Do not try.

The most functional app of currency and translation. It's also a friendly app that has a free plan for choosing. The service is quick and helpful. I like this app. I will pay the charged plan if I need it in the future. Strongly recommend!
