This app is terribly cumbersome and not easy to use. Without support you are lost. They're all trying, but they made my shop unusable for 24 hours. Never again. I was fooled by the previous reviews.
Hi there, I'm Brian and we are deeply sorry for your bad experience with us. As I have checked your case and seen that our agent was trying to help you and replied to you as much as they can. For your last request as checkout page was not translated properly, it's because your checkout link has been set at default by theme, so it still keeps in German and we have to add the dynamic link for them to translate properly. However once it was fixed already, you have not checked it yet and uninstalled our app. I have seen that one of my colleague has reached out your case by sending follow-up emails, please kindly check it for further support. We used Transcy to translate our shop pages to German. Translation was super easy and actually pretty good, particularly in complete sentences and longer paragraphs. Switcher settings can easily be customised. Had some issues with new market set-ups in Shopify and language display which was due to recent changes in the Shopify backend, but got great support from Jennifer to solve it.
