Hi there, great app! Super easy setup and easy to use. One question though.... Anyway I can move the language selector from the footer to the header?

Ι installed the App but it doesnt show me the language selector on footer. I enables the "show language selecotr " on admin but still no diffference
Hi, thanks for trying out the app and the kind feedback! You are not seeing the language selector because English is not enabled on your Greece or Cyprus markets. Head to Settings > Markets > Greece and then Domains and Languages, and check English. Same for Cyprus.

Easy and simple, maybe would be more helpful if the fields of translation were a bit more clear. Quite helpful though.

Updated review. We are happy so far. Service was great and comprehensive. App still a bit basic and things are not automated so you have to manually translate every change you do to the main language. Also no bulk translation for a term across all site as well as other teething UI issues but I’m sure they will sort them out with time. So we can warmly recommend especially since it is a free solution at this point. Will gladly add another star as the app evolves. Keep up the good work. This was so needed.

Works excellently, translating options into 2 additional languages for free. Very happy with how easy it works, I'm not sure how it reads/translates, but its very very easy to use

So far great app! I have installed on multiple websites already and I'm quite happy with it. Wondering about the capabilities to add more languages(+2). Will it be possible in the future?

I use the auto-translate a lot and it makes making my site a lot faster. I do go over and personalize the translation when necessary, but this does cut out a lot of time and hassle of doing the translation from scratch.

This app offers a better usability than most of the paid apps. Continue developing this and you will have a great all-around translation function.

Aggiornamento 20 ottobre: 1 - il support ha sbloccato la traduzione e ora va tutto molto bene e fluido. Le traduzioni sono quasi perfette e il risultato è molto soddisfacente. 2 - magicamente, dopo lo sblocco, siamo stati in gradi di tradurre dall'italiano in.. altre due lingue! Dunque è tutto tornato regolare. Ora non vediamo l'ora di scoprire cosa costerà tradurre in altre lingue oltre le prime due.. gratuite. :-) ------------------------------------------- Ottobre 18 Molto deludente: 1 - Traduzione in INGLESE bloccata al primo tentativo, per un sito con 9 prodotti e 15 pagine. Supporto di Shopify... non in grado di risolvere il problema: parlato con 3/4 differenti Agenti del supporto. 2 - lo strumento permette di tradurre automaticamente SOLO in due lingue oltre quella originale del sito... a meno che siete in SVIZZERA! Perché considera la lingua locale ITALIANO (per esempio) una lingua DIVERSA dalla lingua ITALIANA dell'Italia. Dunque.. si può tradurre in automatico SOLO in un'altra lingua!
Hi there, thanks for trying the app and feeding back. Some answers: 1) Just checked your translations and there was a technical issue for your English which has now been resolved. Apologies that support was not able to do this for you. It was an exception. 2) Please let us know how you would like your languages setup and we'll make it possible for you. Currently you have Italian as default, English added, and we have a record of French - but the French isn't showing on your store. Perhaps it was added and removed? Please drop us a note direct to [email protected] and we'll fix all for you.

After initial difficulties, the app now delivers exactly what is expected of it. Thanks to Google Translate Connection, the translations are not perfect, but it is easier to use than most other apps.

This app is a great choice for multilingual stores. Will gladly give 5 stars once the "Product Reviews" app, tags in blogs and shipping rates are fully translateable too.

This app is free and great in terms of UX/UI as it brings me exactly what I need. Other apps charge a lot of money for a very simple solution

This app is amazing and I was waiting for it for long. Only enhancement needed: allow for extra languages even for a fee.

良い点＝無料。手間をかけずに翻訳できる。自動翻訳の内容に問題あれば修正可能。SEO対策が期待できる。 悪い点＝2か国しか対応していない。独自の辞書を設定できないので複数回出てくる固有名詞の修正は困難。

It's great but 2 languages is definitely not enough so I had to remove the app. When will the paid plan be available for more automatic languages?

Can't add both Traditional & Simplified Chinese to the site, and only allow choosing one of it, that's not make any sense... do u know in Asia Pacific trilingual that included English, Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese are quite common. I'm so disappointed T_T...
Hi there, these are fair critiques. Whilst this situation isn't caused by the app directly, a Shopify level solve will be required. The reason for it happening is the clash with the markets subfolder format: example.com/{language ISO code}-{country ISO code}/ but we are looking at a solution - accelerated by your feedback, so thank you. Note that it is unique to having both forms of Chinese on one market, but your use case totally makes sense. We'll be in touch once we have something to test.

Great functionality and easy to use. I had hard coded extra headings into the theme code and it was a simple process of rather adding these to the locale file and then they became available within the app for easy translation.
