Very, very garbage, the original code was still there after uninstalling, the redirection was never removed, and after I gave a one-star bad review, it prompted me to not be able to use the plugin anymore and did not solve my redirection problem, a very garbage app, bar none.

It's hard to use. This app requires the installation of an extension, otherwise it cannot be translated

Why do I have to have my store automatically translated, which makes no sense because I have a professional translation? please fix the problem!

IF POSSIBLE TO LEAVE THEM -1000000 STAR I WOULDNT MIND A COMPLETE MESSED UP TEAM AND PEOPLE they asked to have access to my store to fix their app , they gave themselves the permission to delete my professional translation and keep my website with no translation, and then using their lousy app for a very extremely weird translation that has no meaning what so ever!!!! THEY DELETED DATA FROM MY WEBSITE , I reported them to shopify , these people should not be trusted after i faced them with what they have done ,they stopped answering me and they just ignored all my emails I CAN NOT BELEIVE THAT APPS LIKE THESE ARE ALLOWED ON SHOPIFY !! they should be completely banned from shopify !!!!

However, there was a misunderstanding while reviewing the video you provided. The team mistakenly believed you wanted to keep the entire menu untranslated by AI automatically. 3. In attempting to implement this, they removed existing content, which should have been confirmed with you beforehand. We acknowledge this mistake, and we deeply regret the impact it had on your website. Rest assured, this has been a valuable lesson for our entire team. While this was unintentional, we understand the severity of the issue and are committed to doing better in the future. Once again, we apologize and appreciate your understanding.
Their app doesnt translate the current content which doesnt make sense. I have over 2000 products and cannot edit manually. This is their response when I contacted them, just to let you know before you download it. "If you've manually edited translated content or used an outdated translation app, you'll need to update the target language content manually when the default content changes. Our app prioritizes existing content, so auto-translation won't override your edits. Currently, our app doesn't offer a way to bulk-remove all content; you can only delete the entire target language, which will also delete all manually translated content." Stay away.

I'm uninstalled the app but is still working on my website
Hi there, Our app utilizes the Theme App Extension provided by Shopify. Therefore, after uninstalling our app, there will be no residual code left on your store. Furthermore, upon a quick inspection of your store, we noticed that there are two language switchers, one from ConveryThis and another from Weglot, currently active on your store, rather than the one from our app. Since we haven't received any prior support requests regarding this issue before you left your review, if you suspect that any remnants of our app's code still exist on your store, please provide us with a staff account, and we will gladly assist you in resolving the matter. I have just downloaded the App but cant see USD as currency in markets other than India. Not sure what value it is adding over and above what shopify provides. If you dont have anything extra in the free plan then dont have the free plan. I would have upgraded to paid plan if I liked it but dont want to work with companies which hide the truth. Be transparent

Your store’s default currency is set to Indian Rupee (INR). Unfortunately, INR is not supported by Shopify Payments as a multi-currency base for international market conversion in the way you are expecting. Because of this limitation from Shopify, setting USD as the active currency for other markets is unfortunately not feasible, as indicated directly within the Shopify admin settings. Regrettably, this is not a limitation specific to our app — other currency apps in the Shopify App Store would face the same restriction, since these market and payment settings are fully controlled by Shopify. To achieve the setup you are looking for, your store’s default currency would need to be set to USD. After that, you could then add INR as a target currency and use our app to automatically convert prices for customers visiting from India.
