This is such a great partnership, they really have everything figured out! Our first experience with trendsi and I am excited to launch with full confidence that my clients will receive quality products and a wonderful experience. Harold is among the best! I am still new just in the set up process. I did reach out to customer support for 2 reasons 1 was to test there customer support which is top notch! and the other was a question I had about countries. There customer support I rate a 10 and Joel was who I spoke with, and even though it was kind of a dumb question I asked he didn't hesitate to help!

I was having an issue with TikTok address syncing over to Shopify and then setting up seller shipping. Raymart was amazing! He helped me step by step to get the address fixed and helped me with setting up my shipping with TikTok to avoid this happening again.
