The team does a great job, big callout to Mikah who is always very helpful! I have been a client for about a year, and I can see the company's growth with more products and faster customer service. I would like to see faster shipping times for overseas products as well as the option for expedited shipping.

OMG, I wish I would have found them sooner! First off, the items are super friggin' cute! I know my customers would love the items because *I* love the items. Secondly, the support team was quick, helpful, friendly, and effective. (Who knew that was allowed, right??!) For context, I have a soon to be ex-vendor that's the polar opposite, so I really appreciate actually having great vendors to partner with. Basically, so far things have moved very quickly and I'm really optimistic and looking forward to working more with Trendsi. I know I've been very effusive; I promise I'm not a plant. I'm just really excited to be finally getting off the ground with a vendor that doesn't drag you down, you know?

I’m genuinely very satisfied with my experience using Trendsi. Their inventory and integration system works smoothly, and when I encountered a syncing issue, it was handled quickly and efficiently. Outstanding Support & Seamless Dropshipping Partner I’ve had an excellent experience working with Trendsi, especially their support team — Anya and Sam deserve a huge shoutout. As a new Shopify store owner launching a fashion brand (Athlesi), I encountered a few technical sync and product integration questions during setup. Their team was consistently responsive, professional, and incredibly patient. Not only did they fix the issue with a product sync quickly, but they also followed up proactively after the chat to make sure everything was working correctly on my end. More recently, I had to navigate a more complex situation involving an order cancellation and refund with third-party fulfillment. Charles (and Lorie) provided clear, patient, and very professional guidance throughout the entire process, following up until everything was fully resolved. What truly stands out is their attention to detail and kindness in communication. Every interaction felt supportive, not transactional — which is rare when working with apps and integrations.
