I am very sorry to have integrated TREDSI into my online store. I finally got my first sale and the item never arrived. I asked for information and after 10 days they told me that it was not possible to send me the item. I had to insist to have an answer, because on their part there is no real commitment. I am disappointed and sorry to have trusted this store, it is a pity that it has very good items but not at all good in what they do. And don't believe the 5-star reviews, they are paid reviews. It's a robbery!

It feels like they pay for good reviews. I sell handmade jewelry and I was very tired of making everything myself so I figured I'd give this a shot. Their products are ordered from AliExpress I know because I purchased jewelry making supplies from there some of their jewelry pieces I was able to find on AliExpress for a fraction of the cost. To make matters worse I put in an order for 7 items the order was stuck on "processing" for 11 days and now I have a tracking number that says the package hasn't been received yet. This is an oversea shipment so I'm sure it's another 10 days or so before it arrives. Thank God these were samples for me because if they were for an actual customer I would have had to refund them and I would look bad. Also don't put your money in the wallet they have because if you change your mind there is no getting your money back. You have to use it on samples or you forfeit your money. Find their products on AliExpress and order it from there at least it arrives on time. I would rather go back to hurting my hands making jewelry than do this.

This app used to be great! They've apparently changed some of their policies. The return policy will get you, be careful. The 7 days STARTS day OF delivery. Even if the customer receives their package after 5pm that day, it counts towards the 7 day return. I spoke with customer service and they refused to help. I'll be looking for a different vendor to sell through. Since they are starting to charge subscriptions to sell, they should offer better customer service.

It would be unfair to call it bad. Because it's a very bad app. It's really painful to experience this on my first order. In total, it was 7 working days. Not the total number of days, but a whopping 7 working days. Still my order hasn't even been shipped. Reason; The product I ordered comes from China. And it can't pass Trendsi's quality control stage. Trendsi, they orders a new product from China. At the moment, it is waiting for the product to come from China. It didn't seem convincing to me at all. I preferred it because it is the app with the highest rating on the Shopify store. But it is very sad to experience that it is not so in my first order. The idea of finding a new app is very frustrating as I have uploaded Trendsi products to my entire store. Because the loss of time, loss of customers, loss of effort puts it in a worse situation than starting from scratch. They don't have any products in stock. It comes from China on order. For this reason, you should specify the delivery date to your customers as at least 3 weeks. Otherwise, it is possible to encounter a lot of cancellations and refunds. Very sad. Trendsi, you let me down. (I'm sharing additional information because I can't write new comments. Although 3 weeks have passed, the product has not yet been shipped. I'm looking forward to it. I'm waiting because I'm curious. I'm waiting because I'm curious about how many months the product will be delivered.) I'm updating my comment. Today is August 7, 2025. The order, placed on July 18, has still not been delivered. Another order has been 2 weeks and still my order has not been delivered. And my client spoke very badly to me for this reason. And although I am currently requesting cancellation and refund, they do not accept it. If you work with TRENDSI, you have to risk your brand being disgraced. Working with such a lousy company will cause you disgrace. Think about it well. Your orders will not arrive and you will not receive a refund.

This is my real honest experience after being with Trendsi for a while. They have poor customer support for we have a customer who ordered from our website on 17/8/25 and up to now they haven't shipped it and they don't send a payment request to merchants too when an order is placed. It's 11 days now 28/8/25 they told us there was no order placed yet there is an order. Trendsi customer support is the worst ever I wouldn't recommend to any new merchants looking for dropshipping apps for this will ruin your business. They are not quick to please customers. I have experienced the worst now. Don't install this app for you will regret it too.

i wish i could leave less than a star but trendsi is HORRIBLE. DO NOT USE THEM, genuinely you are better off using aliexpress or smt, ive placed two orders for customers and the first one of the items "wasn't sufficient quality" so they ended up canceling it, and they took 18 days to ship, so much for 5-10 day shipping, these liars. and then the second order just got canceled out of nowhere, no heads up no notification no nothing, so i had to get the customer the product elsewhere and they ended leaving negative feedback cuz the order took so long overall yeah theyre super bad, i had high hopes but nope. i never leave reviews but this app have genuily been so inconvenient and annoying i couldn't stay quiet. USE A DIFFERENT SUPPLIER.

While Trendsi offers a tempting selection of stylish clothing that can definitely generate sales, their shipping practices are severely lacking and ultimately damaging to my business. I've placed over 50 orders with them, and a shocking quarter of those remain unshipped. This isn't a minor issue; it's a significant problem that's impacting my bottom line. I understand that international shipping can sometimes be delayed, and I'm willing to be patient. However, the explanations I'm receiving from Trendsi's customer support are simply unacceptable. I'm consistently told that the delays are due to overseas holidays. While I can accept a few days' delay for a holiday, claiming that vendors have been on holiday for three weeks is frankly unbelievable. It feels like a blatant stall tactic, and it's eroding my trust in the platform. The fact that orders placed as far back as January 19th are still not shipped as of February 5th is completely unacceptable. This kind of delay is not just inconvenient; it's actively costing me money. Customers are understandably frustrated by the long wait times and are beginning to cancel their orders. When customers cancel, I lose sales, and that loss falls squarely on me. I rely on Trendsi's dropshipping service, and when they fail to deliver on their end, I'm the one who suffers the consequences. My experience with Trendsi's shipping has been extremely negative. The quality of the clothing is irrelevant if it never reaches the customer. Until Trendsi addresses these serious shipping issues and provides more transparent and timely communication, I cannot recommend their dropshipping services. The potential for sales is there, but the risk of losing customers due to excessive delays is simply too high.

All I can say is that I’m so happy I tried this company out before I launched my business. Out of the 6 orders I made, only 3 arrived with no issues. The rest are lost in transit since the 9th of December and the 16th of December. The courier company they use to ship to Australia is absolutely useless with a phone number that’s disconnected and I’ve ended up having to email them myself, which is another disaster in itself with me going around and around in circles with them. I’ve asked Trendsi to cancel my order and refund as I’ve been waiting 6 weeks for it now. Which they are saying they can’t do. Customer service keeps telling me they understand and that they are sorry. That’s lovely, but what are you actually doing to help me? Apart from telling me you have escalated it to your shipping team. Dear god just cancel my order and let me move on with my life please. Avoid at all costs. Quality of some of the dresses I’ve received as well have been terrible. Although some have been good. That’s my honest review. I’m glad I changed my business plan and moved away from this company

Extremely disappointed. Saw a potential in this app so I changed my entire niche focus to women's fashion hoping to get things set up for the pre fall-winter season. Spent days doing market research, building up collections on Trendsi, rebuilding my website from scratch, investing on app plug ins etc. Only to be stopped not even half way through attempting to import the collections I created to Shopify. They told me I need to confirm I'm not a bot by purchasing a sample, then they'll remove the limit. How am I a bot when I've been asking questions almost daily and talking to them lol. I'm a drop-shipper, starting out and testing things so I don't have a seller's license yet therefore I cannot place a sample. Long story short, wasted my time, energy, and money on a wasted potential. What a joke, not a funny one. UPDATE: Just wow. One of their leads reached out because I wrote a review, not to help but to potentially get me to take it down and never responded despite responding professionally with my concerns as asked. One of their reps told me earlier that new dropshippers can start and get customer orders without needing to have inventory and that its only needed if I want to get samples. Meanwhile the lead simply says that dropshipping without a business lisence is against their and shopify rules. Imagine targetting dropshippers and don't even know Shopify's policies regarding dropshipping. Glad they rejected me like this. Rejection is protection. All they care about is turning you into a customer of their products ASAP by suggesting you order "samples" because they don't believe every new seller will actually make it. Edit: I almost wasted my time to try them again then remembered how their actions never match their words. With their OWN WORDS on several articles on THEIR WEBSITE as well as one of their representatives told me that I'm not required to obrain a seller's permit or business lisence unless I start generating over a specific number a year or specifically with Trendsi if I want to purchase a sample, being responsible I read their articles and confirmed with their representative first. Then redesigned my website, branding, marketing emails, banners, ads etc to based on their products only to block me not even half way from adding the collections I spent NIGHTS organizing. They emailed me following my review saying to reply if I need any help etc, followed up 2 times to that email and no response. Idk what possessed me to reinstall the app, but thank god I rememebered. Imaging running this kind of business and don't know a thing about shopify's requirements or dropshipping in general, let alone their own policies. AND OH MY LORD, just read this response to this review. Instead of trying to be helpful, they are more worried about dismissing my review. I uninstalled their app because they stopped me from adding products saying I need to order a sample to prove I'm a human due to my activity, not took down my store. Still building it. Tf is wrong with this company, lmao. So disrespectful, after all the communication I had with them, wow. Imagine saying I'm fake just because I wrote my experience, immature is all I can say. Also I just love shopify, me responding to this stupidity is proof enough that I'm real, but my review also shows I've tried their app for 4 days, and they're saying my store was deleted after 3 days of free trial? As if they know me? I'm laughing my butt off. Plus they emailed me on August 5 which I responded to not once but twice from my work email. If actions don't match their words was a company. Circus.

Trendsi takes all feedback and reviews seriously. More details regarding this feedback: Trendsi is legally obligated to request business licenses or seller permits before we allow businesses to use our dropshipping or wholesale services. Compliance with these requirements is crucial as it helps protect both our business and other dropshippers & wholesalers. Furthermore, we do not mandate our sellers to purchase samples. However, should the sellers wish to acquire a sample, they would need to submit their seller permit for compliance purposes. We did not at any time ask the seller to update or remove their Shopify review and can provide proof of the conversation at any time. As of 8/3 this store has been closed after the 3 day free trial and we suspect this is not a valid review from a legitimate business. Trendsi is committed to maintaining transparency and trust within our community and therefore, have chosen to respond to this review publicly.

This is my most recent update on Trendsi as it comes to shipping. If I were to do it again, I would definitely rethink the about the relationship with Trendsi. Their customer service is available, but they are hardly any use at all. Constant delays with shipping and even worse the customer service seems to have no clue at all. They are available and provide lip service at best, and provide timely updates that "we are still working to get the latest and will update you on the latest ..." In the past 30 days for the orders we have sent over, it has been extremely challenging. While their app is good, which anybody can do these days, their operations is almost ineffective and extremely customer unfriendly. ----- Trendsi's customer service is very good. I worked with Chette on a pricing issue and she helped immediately. Very nice! Another day, another wonderful service from Lorie - thank you for help with bulk uploading.

I am very unhappy with the experience I've had with Trendsi. Although Trendsi provides 24hr representatives, they are not at all helpful or familiar with their own catalog. Terms and conditions change often, and as a small business owner, this is difficult to keep up with. I received several orders from TikTok through my connected store and each order was automatically cancelled. The products come from China (it would be cheaper to find the same products on Aliexpress or Alibaba), so the shipping times are 2 to 3 weeks minimum. I requested to speak with a supervisor. The supervisor's only communication was to copy and paste their new terms. When I emailed her back to ask if there were any US products in their inventory available similar to what was order so that I did not miss the entire sale, I did not receive a response or any effort to rectify the problem. This is not a good dropshipping company and the advertisements are misleading. Small businesses beware.

Do not use them. They are terrible at processing and shipping. Customer ordered 1 item and it was still processing after 2 weeks. They claimed it didn't pass quality inspection 3 times and that was the reason for the delay. They lie just so you don't ask them to cancel the order. If you want to have to do multiple refunds, use them, If not DO NOT USE THEM.

I initially rated Trendsi with a 5-star review, but unfortunately, my experiences have prompted me to reconsider. One significant issue is the inconsistency in order management. I've encountered problems with orders being canceled without prior notification. It's frustrating to discover sometimes days later that an order, initially planned for shipment, has been slated for cancellation. This lack of communication raises concerns about the reliability of the platform. Moreover, the standard shipping and processing timeframes are frequently surpassed. While US-based suppliers typically deliver on faster schedules, the variable stock availability has become a volatile scenario. This uncertainty compromises the efficiency and reliability of the service. Handling orders seems to be a challenge as well. Some orders lack appropriate designation of labels, leading to confusion and errors in processing. Resolving such issues has proven to be a cumbersome process. Finding a solution often involves escalating the matter to a lead, but the response time is disappointingly prolonged. Persistence is required to ensure that your concerns are heard, especially with urgent matters. Even when issues are seemingly resolved, they tend to resurface. The recurring problems with order cancellations, stocking issues, prolonged delivery timeframes, and the protracted resolution process collectively diminish the overall reliability. I hope these aspects can be addressed to enhance the user experience and restore confidence in the platform.
