i am a shopify store owner and was doing a test purchase to see if all my integrations were working correctly for both my store and my account with trendsi ... i had to reach out to customer service to let a representative know the order that went thru *(yayyy) was just a test and bogus order!! my representative "Lorie" came up within 90 seconds of my reaching customer service and instructed me to just cancel the order shown and pooof it was gone.. excellent speedy customer service
I had trouble with editing a product description and Harold helped me figure it out with great patience! Thanks Harold!

Loving this app so far! So many trendy items and so easy to add to your store! Plus their customer service is awesome! Messaged them with an issue in my store and on NewYears day had a response within an hour! Harold was super helpful and we got the problem sorted in no time!

I recently needed to find out if there was any way to get a pair of jeans that were out of stock. I did send a restock request as told. Mikah went out of her way though. She escalated my question to the listings team so they could verify with their partner supplier if and when the jeans would come back into stock. I truly appreciate her because most representatives from other vendors wouldn't go that far for customer service. She will follow up with me as soon as she gets an answer to see it through. Thank you Mikah!
