A fraudulent order was placed on my site, but I managed to contact customer support and cancel it before it shipped! This was a big win for my small shop, saving me a lot of time, effort, and money in the process.

Trendsi is a great help for my business. Lots of great designs and styles and customer support is excellent. Harold, Chette & Anya from customer care team was of great help on an issue I was facing on an order. Keep up the good work guys. Their integration to my store was seamless and its the first time I am experiencing such a technology that can be handled by anyone.

as we started with Trendsi, i am asking too many questions and every time when i want to know anything they are available and help me to get out of the issue. most of the time i connect with Chette she is very good person and helpful and guiding for every small small things. thank you chette

Hi, I’m just starting out with dropshipping, and Trendsi’s customer service has already made such a big difference for me. Sam was absolutely wonderful — friendly, professional, and very patient with all my beginner questions. He responded quickly, explained things clearly, and made the whole process so much easier than I expected. It can feel overwhelming when you’re new, but Sam’s support gave me confidence to move forward. I really appreciate the fast and helpful service, and I’m glad I chose Trendsi to get started! Another good experience-11.21.25 I want to give a huge shout-out to Reymant. She was absolutely wonderful and so patient with me. She answered every question clearly and didn’t rush me, even when I was confused and overwhelmed. Her kindness really stood out, and she helped me feel confident about using Trendsi again.
