Chette was very helpful getting a customers order corrected. The wrong items were sent and she advised on how to quickly resolve the issue.

Harold was of great help, i was worried about the delayed package delivery to my customer but he helped me in tracking the package and i was able to respond to my customer quickly Nice work Harold!

I've been using the Trendsi app and services for over a year now, and am super happy with the integration with Shopify. Even more I am very impressed with their Customer Support - who have been quick to respond to my questions and have even helped with getting my Shopify and TikTok settings optimized for shipping through Trendsi. I absolutely LOVE doing business with Trendsi. We've all experienced poor service that can completely hinder your small business and slow down sales. That's most definitely NOT the case with Trendsi.
