Trendsi is my favorite supplier. I have a new store and have no clue how to fulfill orders. So, I reached out and Chette from Trendsi support was the best help. She explained the process to where I could see what needs to be done. Thank you so much Chette! You the best!

So far I am loving Trendsi! It was super easy to sign up and add my sellers permit and get shopping with them and connect to my shopify store! Amazing that you can brand your invoice and get brand sewn in tags and all!
Harold was very helpful in helping me identify why all my items were showing sold out even though they were in stock. He knew right away the issue and resolved it in less than 10 min. Thank you!

She communicated effectively, ensuring she had total clarity on my questions and concerns before responding or seeking additional help from her team. She was patient and friendly. Much appreciated! Just to add a brief comment regarding the connection with Trendsi and Shopify. This is an excellent service that streamlines the e-commerce process tremendously. I would like to give Sam a big shout out for her amazing customer service in helping me to trouble shoot an issue in my store. Sam was extremely patient with me because I'm not totally computer savvy but she got me to where I needed to be and held my hand through the entire process and ensured me that it will get done. My number one app, I have a few great apps, but this one beats all of them. Great customer service, they always keep up with stock, and I rarely have returns or complaints when using their products. Love the new update, definitely keeping this app.
