I has this issue with the inventory saying "sold out". so after trying to use the Shopify Cheapy AI tool to troubleshoot and has no success. I decide to look at the trendsi chat an this angel call Anya, help me with screenshot step by step so patiently that really make my day. Problem fixed in minutes. THANKS ANYA! Another day I did not place the right inventory category and Harold send me a permission to get into the system and fix all the things that I did wrong so now the drop shipping could be done automatically. 100% recommended.

Exceptional Support from Anya As someone who’s new to trendsi and still finding my way around the app, I was feeling a bit overwhelmed, that was until I connected with Anya from the support team. I'm new to Trendsi and had quite a few questions about how orders and payments work. Harold explained everything clearly and patiently - from how the order flow works with Shopify to what I’ll be charged for and how shipping is handled.
