This app offers a wide selection of clothing and accessories to suit all tastes and styles, and it's completely free to use. What impressed me the most was the prompt and helpful customer service. @Dave provided excellent technical support and quickly resolved the issues I encountered while connecting it to my Shopify store.I would definitely recommend this app

I just finish chatting we "Lorie" of customer service. She was courteous, knowledgeable, patience and thorough. She answered all my questions and believe me, I had a lot of questions. The app is very easy to use, and they have a great selection of products. The apps work well with the Shopify platform.

I am a new online boutique owner (through Shopify) and just had my first customer/order! I dropship my orders at the moment and I had some concerns about shipping delays/processing times since my customer ordered items that all originated from overseas. I used TRENDSI's 24/7 customer service chat and Harold was extremely patient and helpful. He answered all of my questions and provided extra clarification with no problems. Ultimately, I was able to get the answers I needed and the interaction restored my comfortability with using TRENDSI. I do hope that in the future that you will be able to pay extra to expedite Shopify/dropshipping orders. Currently, you can only expedite shipping for samples. However, having 24/7 customer service and being able to speak to an actual rep is amazing! Thank you TRENDSI & Harold for all your help with my first order!

I came across TRENDSI just last month, so I am brand new. I ran into an issue with a shipping location. I hopped on the chat box. Harold was able to help me figure out the issue by taking his time to send me screenshot with details in order to locate the issue. We are new to this app, but so far it looks like there's a lot of potential. PROS: Big catalogue. The integration with Shopify is pretty seamless (and fast!) which is great. Joel in customer care was very helpful in answering questions and providing additional resources. Wholesale prices seem fair. CONS: A lot of the inventory is not sustainable (we have to search very hard to refine our results). And a bigger concern is that a lot of their inventory is the same stuff you'd find on Shein or other fast fashion sites for a fraction of what boutiques would have to charge.

Had a small hiccup today with inventory not syncing (which was probably user error). Wasn't expecting much when I used the chat assistant, but once I got through the automated answers, the representative, Angelo, was a huge help. He knew exactly what was wrong and we were able to resolve the problem in a few clicks. Thanks Angelo!

I am not new to Shopify but new to Trendsi. I felt in love with their products, photo styling and, wide variety of colors and sizing. It took a little while to efficiently add items to my store by making smaller and item specific collections before sending it over to my store. I am still very early in the process and my store has ben open less than a week. There is one issue that is concerning and I'm currently navigating through. If you would like to sell using Google or Amazon, there is necessary product information that Trendsi does not provide which have proved to be quite frustrating at the moment. There is a solution, but it's just one more thing to list of things you have to do to for your store to be successful. I will say that Gretle was a great help in helping me sort out this issue. I am also a little concerned about shipping and hope these issues have been addressed from the other sellers' complaints. Aside from that, I'm excited to see what happens.
