Hello! I just completed my first wholesale purchase with branding on Trendsi. The process was super simple. I had the pleasure of working with Chette and she was SO helpful, kind and efficient! I had contacted customer service today; March 30th, and spoke with Mariel. It was the best experience with customer service I have ever had with any fashion company I have had to deal with. I needed to ask a few pressing questions on one order which required my assistance in an immediate response. Mariel was more than receptive to my concerns, my immediate need, and my requirement to for assistance due to the fact I had many mishaps on my own errors. I was able to receive my answers in a quick ,responsible, courteous, professional manner without leaving any doubt or concerns by the end of our conversation. I was more than satisfied with the service I received. It was an outstanding response from Mariel! Highly recommend Trendsi and their customer service! Especially with Mariel!!
