5 STARS FOR LEE for helping me! The app is fairly easy to use, except I did not realize I had to be on automatic fulfillment (which I thought I was). But the rest of the set-up went smoothly. THANKS LEE FOR YOUR KIND HELP!!!

I have only used Trendsi for a short period of time and love it so far! I had some questions and decided to use the in-app chat support and Allan responded FAST. Expect polite and helpful customer service. The media quality is another great perk. I have had issues with other apps in the past getting clear, quality media to import. Pictures and videos are awesome and cover all the angles a customer would want to see. Overall love it so far and can't wait to see how it performs with more sales volume!

I am not new to Shopify but new to Trendsi. I felt in love with their products, photo styling and, wide variety of colors and sizing. It took a little while to efficiently add items to my store by making smaller and item specific collections before sending it over to my store. I am still very early in the process and my store has ben open less than a week. There is one issue that is concerning and I'm currently navigating through. If you would like to sell using Google or Amazon, there is necessary product information that Trendsi does not provide which have proved to be quite frustrating at the moment. There is a solution, but it's just one more thing to list of things you have to do to for your store to be successful. I will say that Gretle was a great help in helping me sort out this issue. I am also a little concerned about shipping and hope these issues have been addressed from the other sellers' complaints. Aside from that, I'm excited to see what happens.

I've been very happy with Trendsi so far. The only downside is that shipping isn't as fast as my customers would like since the products are coming from overseas. The quality of the clothing has been good and customer service is extremely helpful. I spoke with Gretle today and she was the best!

HELLO, I HAVE A ONLINE BOUTIQUE AND HAD MY FIRST REFUND AND I HAD THE PLEASURE OF WORKING WITH “Gretle" WHO WAS VERY KIND AND KNOWLEDGEABLE ON MY ISSUE. I WOULD RECOMMEND TRENDSI TO ANYONE LOOKING TO START A NEW STORE. I HAVE HAD SEVERAL ISSUES BUT THE CUSTMER SERVICE HAS BEEN A REAL GEM FOR THOSE OF US WHO IS STEPPING OUT HERE ON FAITH TO START OUR NEW BUSINESS.

The customer service representatives at Trendsi are always helpful and responsive to my inquiries. With Allan's assistance, I always receive the answers I need and have my issues resolved. Thank you very much! Trendsi offers affordable prices for their products, and the quality is excellent. They are also user-friendly. The only drawback is that the products can only be shipped within the United States...

I really like the layout when you add the items to the store. I love that you include the measurements of the clothing. I would love to see more trendy items that you would normally see on Fashion Nova and Forever 21. I would also like to see more trendy denim options as well. Gretel was quick and prompt helping me with my questions about fulfilling orders from trendsi. It threw me for a loop when clients couldn't check out with trendsi products..... I realized trendsi makes your default address their location for fulfillment. In doing so, you need to create a new shipping rate for your default address even though the items technically are not shipping from there. This totally solved my problem and clients were able to check out. Thanks! Problem solved
