In my first few orders I accidentally messed up and cancelled one when all I needed to do was change a size. Harold walked me through what to do without making me feel incompetent and got the issue resolved. This company goes above and beyond, thank you Harold!

WOW just wow we have just started our Store and trying to use tik tok shop has been crazy hard. All of the staff has been awesome and go above and beyond to help you out, Great company to partner with! from Chette on the live agent chat. Real person not a robot! OR the set up and hour that Bernadette took out of her day to make sure we had everything right and us getting our first time demo discount. Top notch!

I had the pleasure of speaking with Chette this morning via 24/7 chat support. I had so many questions and she was able to answer them all! It makes the process go a lot smoother with amazing customer service like this. Please give Chette a raise. I also spoke with Anya Esteva this evening to finalize some logistics. I am truly amazed at the knowledge Trendsi customer support personnel have. Anya came back with answers to my questions faster than I could type the next one. She was truly outstanding! I told her that I had looked into other dropshipping companies as well but I have decided to go with Trendsi. Customer service is EVERYTHING and Anya proved that tonight. I had the pleasure of speaking with Lorena! I had several questions in reference to the tariff situation as well as products in general. She was so kind and receptive to all my questions and answered them all without hesitation. It is so nice to work with great representatives like her who are so knowledgeable about their company and the products and brands they represent! Thank you Lorena for your help! You are amazing!

I've been using Trendsi for about a year now and LOVE how easy it is to find and import items to my store. I can be couch surfing or on the beach, browse inventory and push to the store no problem! In addition the merchandise options are great. And... I was stumped with a technical issue and Lorie Ligue in support got me sorted out quickly and easily. I can't say enough good things about Trendsi!

i like this app its easy to manage only problem is some times its hard to know the product is double uploaded. There should be a option if you double upload so it can stop you

Trendsi is great. They have a wide range of women's fashion to choose from. And their chat support is great too. I had an issue with an order (my fault, not theirs), and Charles helped to make it right. Excellent customer support!
