I'm new to drop shipping and ran into some questions on my first order. "Chette" walked me through and helped me patiently. Their answers were clear and there was no miscommunication on either end. Anya Esteva did great at customer service and was excellent in helping me out. Trendsi seems great so far, and I am excited to get started. My shop isnt open yet but I am importing products from Trendsi today. Can't wait to get started, and know if I have any questions I can contact Trendsi's customer service because their chat is super fast and they have been extremely fast in responding to me. Its so fast almost immediate. Thanks!!!!

I love this app, it is a GAME CHANGER if you've always wanted to own your own boutique. During setup I used the chat and got connected to Lorie, she was so great! She answered my questions in detail, and quickly. As I followed her instructions she happily answered my follow-on questions and I got all set-up and changed my settings so easily.
