Trendsi is a game-changing business that makes it easy, reliable, and profitable to dropship in the fashion e-commerce space. Their customer service is also very great. They are always there to help. Lorie was very quick and answered my questions thoroughly.

We are new to this app, but so far it looks like there's a lot of potential. PROS: Big catalogue. The integration with Shopify is pretty seamless (and fast!) which is great. Joel in customer care was very helpful in answering questions and providing additional resources. Wholesale prices seem fair. CONS: A lot of the inventory is not sustainable (we have to search very hard to refine our results). And a bigger concern is that a lot of their inventory is the same stuff you'd find on Shein or other fast fashion sites for a fraction of what boutiques would have to charge.

The best customer service I’ve ever had. Joel was a great representative for Trendsi. He answered all of my questions quickly and got the answers that I needed for everything. Went above and beyond was willing to go through step by step to help me set up my TikTok account with my store. Helped me with a link to see about my sellers permit. When I asked about why my items that I was added was going to my home page and not going underneath the categories he looked into it and told me how to fix the problem. Showed me where to find the kids items that they had and so on and so forth. I’ve never had anyone really try to go above and beyond. He would send me links and pictures on what is should look like and how to do everything I’ve asked. I haven’t started making sales yes but once I first opened up my shop this month I also had a lady name Ingrid who reached out to me quickly and helped answer my questions as well. This is a great company with lovely customer service. I can’t say enough how much the customer service is good.

I'm new to shopify and most days can't figure out my own name!! I recently needed help on Trendi's site and was blown away by how amazing their customer service was. Joel helped me not only was he so nice and patient with me, he was able to pin point exactly what my need was, followed up the next day and thennnnnnnnn contacted the shippers to get an additional update a few days later to give me an update. I figured once that chat closed, I was just another person but Joel really made me feel like my concern was important and was just amazing!! Not sure if he'll be able to see this but THANK YOU JOEL!!!

Honest Review: Customer service is good. Product quality could be good but also bad. Huge Disclaimer: shipping rates are really bad. Just got my first two orders and they are both late. Will probably take 2-3 weeks to arrive. For this reason this supplier will never be a good option. You can make a bit of money but your customers will never be satisfied and will never place another order.

I just started using this app not too long ago and I have had nothing but a great experience with the functionality of the app and the customer service they give so far. I had a few orders placed that had not been processed yet, so I had reached out to the customer service team to see what was going on. I was connected with Angelo, and they were able to look up and see what was taking the orders so long to process. Angelo went above and beyond my expectations by explaining what was going on, and then reaching out to the warehouse and requesting to have the orders shipped out that day so I didn't get penalized on TikTok for late shipment. Angelo was also very patient with me and made sure I had all the information needed, and it was a pleasure to work with them on this! I am so happy I chose Trendsi as my dropshipping partner for my business!

Best customer service ever. Everything I had a problem with they were quick to resolve. They're always the best when it comes to questions about shipping, product information, order statuses, etc etc......... The whole team is phenomenal but Chette is one of my favorites regarding customer service. She's sweet, handled all my problems, and I highly recommend her if you have any questions that need to be resolved quickly.
