Just had a great visit with Mary at Trendsi. I am just getting started with Dropshipping and she was very helpful. There was a bit of a lag in our conversation most likely due to connection. Easily answered by questions and was very gracious with offering more assistance if needed.

So far so good. The installation and connection to Shopify didn't go as smooth as expected, because I work with Firefox. I had to do it from a chrome browser. Now it's connected and running. I hope I don't have further browser issues. Lorie was of great help , and helped me sort it out.

Mary was very helpful in answering my questions regarding API integration with Trendsi for returns. Unfortunately Trendsi does not yet have this capability. Mary has also offered to take this suggestion to management which was also very helpful. We're looking to automate returns with a product such as Return Prime:Order Returns app. Thanks Mary.

Customer service....lee answered my question withing less than a minute. Very fast and straight to the point, very friendly and helpful! Trendsi....Very Fast Shipping Times Compared To Other Suppliers Great Veriety Of Items Amazing And Friendly UI Affordable And Resonable 9/10 So Far, Looking Forward To Doing Business With Them.

I reached out for help setting up shipping rates and Mia was exceptionally helpful in getting everything squared away in no time. So far Trendsi has great customer service, now lets see how the rest goes. Will be back to submit another review once i experience the shipping times. Thanks again Mia and Trendsi! Trendsi has been a breath of fresh air for me! They integrate with Shopify the best I've seen so far and I've tried a ton of apps. I love their items and they've always been responsive on support. I'm leaving one star open because I'd like the shopify product data to be cleaner and some bulk import features. Other than that I'm sold on Trendsi. I can't wait to see what they do in the future but I'm enjoying them now.

I found Trendsi by searching on Goggle for a Drop Shipping company and it was easy to setup because they had step by step instructions. I had a questions about my app and Lee from Trendsi advised me to setup a Store with Trendsi said to set it up on Shopify. For my questions she did answer them as I needed so now I am using Shopify to sell Trendsi clothing.

I primarily use Trendsi because they are a free dropshipper. They offer more than even the paid ones do - photos, customer service (shout out to Gretle!), online community support through the Facebook group. Margins aren't great, but they are still perfect for me as I am just starting my boutique. I have no overhead, and I can focus on creating my brand while using their warehouse & marketing materials. Sometimes shipping is super slow, yes. And sometimes there are quality check problems, but overall, I am very happy with Trendsi. I give 4 stars and not 5 because of all the bumps along the way. But I believe in Trendsi and the amazing people who run it and it'll be a powerhouse here very soon. They take boutique owners opinions very seriously and are always pivoting to make things better. Thanks, Trendsi!
