I love Trendsi! Among the good things are the selection, quality, customer service and ease of ordering. My only complaint would be that they don't cover return shipping under any circumstance, so I have to eat the return shipping costs once my customer submits a receipt to me. Otherwise, they're a great vendor, and the only one who keeps me updated daily on any product changes, which is outstanding. Thanks, Trendsi!

Overall the products are great and the customer service is very fast. I like the variety of options and the return policy as well. My suggestion is to make the product descriptions more thorough with sizing as the size charts provided are often generic.

I love Trendsi! I've had so many bad experiences with dropshipping and finally found a reliable supplier with so many neat features! Joel was especially helpful and helped me figure out how to purchase samples for my business! Abby was also helpful in getting me a resale authorization letter to sell on TikTok Shop! I also love the Made-To-Order feature they have! When my boutique grows more I will be sure to utilize it!

Trendsi has been AMAZING so far. Being able to integrate with Shopify without paying out of pocket for products is incredible. Their support team is also on top of everything! Harold helped me figure out some inventory issues with my site. I was nervous about receiving tech support via chat, but he was able to direct me in a way that fixed my website! THANKS HAROLD!

Trendsi is the best dropshipping app I've used. It's super easy to sync with Shopify and find products for my store. The customer support is amazing. Joel did helped me with a technical issue, and he was friendly and helpful, also solved my problem quickly. I like how easy it is to use Trendsi and the fantastic support team. Highly recommend it!

The company offers stunning fashionable options for women. Many of the fashions look customizable for those looking to personalize. Love the customer service! Harold helped answer many of my questions about the setup and processes. Moreover, the integration into my store was seamless and super user friendly. I was also able to make layout adjustments and AI edits to the product descriptions. I have a custom layout made by a website designer so I am so glad it works for us. I just wish they offered men's fashions.
