I was blessed enough to have an amazing support member by the name of Joseph and my god that man desevers a raise! I had a very difficult issue that has been causing me headaches for the past week or so and after giving him a life story on my problem he was very professional and respectful to my issue and came up with a solution that just saved my store and a whole lot more! couldn't be happier and more thankful he's definitely a keeper!

I can truly say a lot of good things about this company. I don't have one complaint. They go above and beyond on customer service; their products are sensational and high quality. I had an issue with custom packaging and CZAR went above and beyond to solve all my problems. Looking for spectacular clothes and excellent customer service this is the company for you. Erika was so awesome when I reached out about documents needed to get approved as a seller. She was able to get me verified within minutes of contacting them. On a different occasion, Raymart helped me with uploading collections to my store. Both were great interactions and I look forward to working with everyone at Trendsi. :)

I love Trendsi. The items are nice but the shipping really does take 10 full business days. I was having trouble with my shipping prices not adding up correctly on my website. Two different people tried to help me before Angelo jumped in the chat and saved the day. He requested permission to access the store and corrected the shipping settings. Now it works flawlessly. Couldn't be more pleased with the 24/7 availability of the customer care representatives.
