I had a problem with setting up shipping rates. Anya with customer support was SO kind and HELPFUL!! She took me step by step to resolve the problem. Most of all she was so patient with me. I am very pleased with the customer service!

Every employee I have ever interacted with at Trendsi is amazing! They are quick, nice and have the answers to all my questions. I truly appreciate all the employees I have worked with especially Raymart. The Trendsi team goes above and beyond with each interaction. Thank you! Tonight on 3/12/24 I worked with Dave and WOW!! I am amazed. You guys have truly hired the best talent. He helped me with so much making sure my store is squared away before we launch. I could not be happier. Thanks again Dave!! I have enjoyed using this user friendly app it has made my life and business run smoothly!! Most of all the support is very helpful with every purchase or order. I would like to thank Gretle at Trendsi support she literally replied to my support email within minutes and was so very helpful. This is a dropshipping service I will intend to use for my business for years to come. You should too. Trendsi is super user-friendly, sources great inventory and the support is super fast and helpful! I contacted them earlier about an issue with an order and Anya responded within minutes and completely resolved the issue, I was shocked at how prompt and friendly her service was when I have waited for days for a response or had difficulty resolving issues using other dropshipping apps. Highly recommend!!

Dave was amazing! I just started using Tiktok Shop and have had issues on the tiktok side, Dave was extremely helpful and literally walked me thru step by step! Would highly recommend using Trendsi!

Trendsi is great! I love the variety and that I can choose specific vendors I know and trust. Any issues I have are solved immediately! Chette helped me this afternoon when my Shopify somehow became disconnected and I could not get it working again. She was able to connect it within 5 mins and we're back in business <3 thank you so much Chette for your help! You're the best!

Great app, reliable, easy to install and manage. Used it for a quite some time and no issues whatsoever. I had chats with Chette and Angelo lately, also a couple other members of the team in the past and I always get fast, accurate and friendly CS.
