This is the second review I just had to give Trendsi. I have to say they are awesome to work with! The support is great! Lori is awesome to work with, she looked all over the place to find an answer to my situation, but couldn't find one. BUT !!!! She still looked til she finally found an answer and sent me an email with a resolution. I couldn't ask for better support than that from Trendsi. They go above and beyond what they have to, to make sure their customers are satisfied. Thank you Lori ! You're the bomb!

I had a problem with setting up shipping rates. Anya with customer support was SO kind and HELPFUL!! She took me step by step to resolve the problem. Most of all she was so patient with me. I am very pleased with the customer service!

Every employee I have ever interacted with at Trendsi is amazing! They are quick, nice and have the answers to all my questions. I truly appreciate all the employees I have worked with especially Raymart. The Trendsi team goes above and beyond with each interaction. Thank you! Tonight on 3/12/24 I worked with Dave and WOW!! I am amazed. You guys have truly hired the best talent. He helped me with so much making sure my store is squared away before we launch. I could not be happier. Thanks again Dave!! I have enjoyed using this user friendly app it has made my life and business run smoothly!! Most of all the support is very helpful with every purchase or order. Trendsi is super user-friendly, sources great inventory and the support is super fast and helpful! I contacted them earlier about an issue with an order and Anya responded within minutes and completely resolved the issue, I was shocked at how prompt and friendly her service was when I have waited for days for a response or had difficulty resolving issues using other dropshipping apps. Highly recommend!!

Dave was amazing! I just started using Tiktok Shop and have had issues on the tiktok side, Dave was extremely helpful and literally walked me thru step by step! Would highly recommend using Trendsi!
