Fabulous customer service! Chette responded to all my questions super quickly and was very patient with all I needed to ask! She guided me through step by step to help me troubleshoot through a few minor issues. Very impressed!

Trendsi is great! I love the variety and that I can choose specific vendors I know and trust. Any issues I have are solved immediately! Chette helped me this afternoon when my Shopify somehow became disconnected and I could not get it working again. She was able to connect it within 5 mins and we're back in business <3 thank you so much Chette for your help! You're the best!

Great app, reliable, easy to install and manage. Used it for a quite some time and no issues whatsoever. I had chats with Chette and Angelo lately, also a couple other members of the team in the past and I always get fast, accurate and friendly CS.

I had an issue with tiktok sending an encrypted name and address to my store and Maria answered my question within minutes and help me get the address fix. I am still waiting on Tiktok. Best and fastest support i have ever gotten from a company.

I was very concerned about making sure the quality of items that I wanted to offer in my ecommerce store were going to be on par and to do that I needed questions answered about the return policy etc. Lee and Czar were both very helpful and informative and I feel much more confident about placing sample orders to check the products and being able to return them hopefully without any issue now in order to make my store is the best I can possible make it so that all parties are happy including myself and my customers as that is my main goal and also to be partnering with a company that shares the same values of quality, integrity and great service. So far Trendsi has been AMAZING. I have spoken to several reps at this company and all have been wonderful, especially Raymart. The helpful tips and suggestions to better my experience has made all the difference. I haven't had to wait more than 30 min for an email reply yet. This kind of customer service is unheard of in today's world. They deserve 5 Stars across the board in all areas, especially syncing to my Shopify account. It is the easiest process out of all the other dropshippers I have used. I do hope in the near future they add more product's to their accessory area as well as SHOES! Not much of a selection on either and that would be a major plus for my business because I like to stick with 1 company instead of going with several people. I cannot wait to see how far I go in the online boutique industry using Trendsi.
