Gretle was very attentive to my needs when I experienced an issue with adding products. Turned out it was something that I was doing incorrectly. Gretle was very patient and made sure that my issue was resolved quickly.

So far my experience has been great-- I am brand new to all of this, and Trendsi has been by far the easiest integration with my Shopify store. Czar was super helpful (and patient and knowledgeable) when I needed to reach out to support in the chat! I had a million questions, and she was able to respond quickly and actually answer what I was asking in simple terms that I was able to understand. Awesome/definitely recommend!

I was having some issues today with my TikTok Shop. Being pretty new to ecomm, I jumped the gun a bit and thought, since Trensdi has been amazing integrating into my Shopify store that everything would integrate the same with my TT Shop. I quickly learned after an order was placed that wasn't so much the case. I hit the chat button in a panic thinking I wouldn't get a response; Being after business hours. Maria quickly picked up the chat. She was such a breath of fresh air, helping me understand better and walking me through what I needed to do on my TT Shop. She also sent me some pointers on what to do when I get orders through there instead of my Shopify site. She truly saved my day. Kudos to Maria!!!

I was having an issue with my customer not being about to check out due to the shipping address. I spoke with Maria and she helped me get it all worked out. She was great to talk with and very patient with me as I am new and I am still learning the ins and outs of Trendsi! I thought the drop-shipping process would be problematic especially when it comes to following up on my customers orders. The Customer Service I received from Gretle to my surprise was phenomenal. She promptly answered all my questions regarding the customer order and when should they expect to received their order.

I'm new to Trendsi- with dropshipping... So I had a few hiccups, or problems and reached out to chat support. When I tell you Mia the chat support person walked me through everything I needed... She did exactly that and more! She assured me that I was on the right path, and checked my orders for me as well. I appreciate her going over and beyond, and not just the "general" chat answers!!! I just had my first experience with Trendsi customer service via their online chat feature and I was SUPER impressed! They responded almost immediately and Gretle walked me through all my questions and gave me great insight into things I didn't know. I'm totally new to drop shipping and she really put me at ease. :)
