So far my experience has been great-- I am brand new to all of this, and Trendsi has been by far the easiest integration with my Shopify store. Czar was super helpful (and patient and knowledgeable) when I needed to reach out to support in the chat! I had a million questions, and she was able to respond quickly and actually answer what I was asking in simple terms that I was able to understand. Awesome/definitely recommend!

I was having some issues today with my TikTok Shop. Being pretty new to ecomm, I jumped the gun a bit and thought, since Trensdi has been amazing integrating into my Shopify store that everything would integrate the same with my TT Shop. I quickly learned after an order was placed that wasn't so much the case. I hit the chat button in a panic thinking I wouldn't get a response; Being after business hours. Maria quickly picked up the chat. She was such a breath of fresh air, helping me understand better and walking me through what I needed to do on my TT Shop. She also sent me some pointers on what to do when I get orders through there instead of my Shopify site. She truly saved my day. Kudos to Maria!!!

I was having an issue with my customer not being about to check out due to the shipping address. I spoke with Maria and she helped me get it all worked out. She was great to talk with and very patient with me as I am new and I am still learning the ins and outs of Trendsi! I thought the drop-shipping process would be problematic especially when it comes to following up on my customers orders. The Customer Service I received from Gretle to my surprise was phenomenal. She promptly answered all my questions regarding the customer order and when should they expect to received their order.

I'm new to Trendsi- with dropshipping... So I had a few hiccups, or problems and reached out to chat support. When I tell you Mia the chat support person walked me through everything I needed... She did exactly that and more! She assured me that I was on the right path, and checked my orders for me as well. I appreciate her going over and beyond, and not just the "general" chat answers!!! I just had my first experience with Trendsi customer service via their online chat feature and I was SUPER impressed! They responded almost immediately and Gretle walked me through all my questions and gave me great insight into things I didn't know. I'm totally new to drop shipping and she really put me at ease. :)

TRENDSI IS THE BEST! My only complaint is that I didn’t find their company sooner! The ease of having items sent directly to my customers with an invoice with my own logo and name is great! And the Customer Service had been beautiful!! A huge thank you to “Anya” for all of her assistance! I highly recommend Trendsi! ------------------------------------------------------- The system wouldn't let me leave a second review after my first one. So I'm going to add my second review to the bottom of this one. This new review took place on March 2, 2026: I absolutely LOVE Trendsi! I have been working with them for several years now in my business, and I have no intentions of breaking my business relationship. They have always delivered on time, cared for my customer needs, answered PROMPTLY to all my inquiries, walked me through any problems I may have had technically. And tonight I must give a special shout out to Anya & Chette!! THANK YOU BOTH SO MUCH! My Customer lost a diamond in a ring she purchased from our shop five months ago. The 30-day return period was expired and I had no idea how I was going to fix this problem. Anya and Chette gave me a full refund on the ring, and I was able to order the Customer a new one with no charge to her. She was so happy! All of this was done the same day the Customer reached out. No wait time at all! The promptness of assistance always impresses me. I am a true Trendsi Fan!!
