I had a support chat today with Angelo - he was helpful. One thing Iike about Trendsi is that most of the items for womens retail that I upload are easy because I don't have to write a description BUT the big plus over this to FashionGo is the sizing measurements. I upload more items with Trendsi than I do with FashionGo for this reason. I also love the video's - they're awesome for us small businesswomen.

Mía is phenomenal! She answered every question FAST! I use multiple dropshipping suppliers and now Trendsi is my FIRST choice when adding items. It’s because of Mía and her outstanding customer service skills as well as his professionalism. Thank you again Mía- you are my “go-to” girl. I wish there was a way to search by “color” - maybe in the future. I would like to see more bright colors, like pinks (fuchsia, hot pink..etc), blues ( royal blue, London Blue, Klein blue), and greens (Kelly, chartreuse)

We have used Trendsi for along time and this a game changer for US dropshipping. They do a great job of making it as easy for retailers as possible. Great selection, fast shipping, great pricing, excellent community support to help your business grow, and great service when you have a problem. I have had Lee and Lorie help me many times and they have always been courteous, prompt, and knowledgeable. Many name brand boutique brands available as well as whitelabel. Of all the whitelabel suppliers we use, they do the most to ensure good quality and accuracy of products and updated availability/inventory count of product. Shipping is the fastest of any of my overseas suppliers, and lightning fast if you are selecting from the drops they bring into their massive warehouse. Excellent product photos, good descriptions, easy imports to your store, and even able to supply brick-and-mortars if that is your thing.

I am new to Trendsi and setting up my account with them. Many questions, of course, and Raymart was most helpful and had quick responses on the chat to my questions. I highly recommend Trendsi and Raymart!

Had trouble logging into my new account and Chatted with Customer Service rep Gretle along with Raymart! Both were very helpful and Raymart suggested I log in with my phone number which worked. Sometimes it just takes great people who are patient to help you think of simple things or different avenues that you don't know. I appreciate them both and so excited to dive back in and start using their services again!

I love TRENDSY! Their selection has been smaller then other wholesale platform but it's growing. they offer amazing customer service, I've also seen them in person at Magic. Shipping is pretty fast with them as well. I gave them feedback a while ago asking for video's of the products along with the photo's they take. For all boutique owners or start ups boutiques who dropship some or all their products. having videos for customers to see, helps a lot!!!!!
