I recently had an issue adding products from the Trendsi store to my Shopify store. After reaching out for support, the team, especially Ria, was incredibly helpful! I recently reached out to Trndsi customer support for assistance and was fortunate to be helped by Chette. I am truly impressed with the level of service I received. Chette showed remarkable patience while listening to my concerns and took the time to fully understand my issue before providing solutions. What stood out the most was the professionalism and technical knowledge displayed throughout the process. Every question I had was answered clearly, and the guidance I received made the resolution simple and stress-free. I had a big issue with my inventory not syncing correctly and was really worried about my store. That’s when I got help from Raymart from the Trendsi support team. He carefully checked everything, guided me step by step, and even took the time to investigate directly in my store. Thanks to Raymart’s help, my products are now syncing perfectly and the stock is showing correctly again. He was patient, clear in communication, and super quick to solve the issue. Also a quick shoutout to Anya for being supportive along the way. Honestly, I couldn’t be happier with the support I received. Trendsi is a great app for dropshipping, but the real value is in their amazing support team – especially Raymart.

It feels like they pay for good reviews. I sell handmade jewelry and I was very tired of making everything myself so I figured I'd give this a shot. Their products are ordered from AliExpress I know because I purchased jewelry making supplies from there some of their jewelry pieces I was able to find on AliExpress for a fraction of the cost. To make matters worse I put in an order for 7 items the order was stuck on "processing" for 11 days and now I have a tracking number that says the package hasn't been received yet. This is an oversea shipment so I'm sure it's another 10 days or so before it arrives. Thank God these were samples for me because if they were for an actual customer I would have had to refund them and I would look bad. Also don't put your money in the wallet they have because if you change your mind there is no getting your money back. You have to use it on samples or you forfeit your money. Find their products on AliExpress and order it from there at least it arrives on time. I would rather go back to hurting my hands making jewelry than do this.
