Amazing Support! Had a critical inventory sync issue, but the support team was incredibly helpful. Special thanks to Harold from the Tech Team! He went above and beyond to fix the bug in the backend quickly. Great app, great service.

I haven't launched my store yet (still setting it up), but the support team has been helpful with answering some questions I had about the functionality of the app. Lorie, Harold, and Ria have all been helpful in the chat support so far. I love the variety of products they have. I've heard good things about Trendsi from others in business Facebook groups. I was concerned about orders not being fulfilled due to incorrect inventory reporting (a semi-common problem with Aliexpress dropshipping), but it sounds like most people don't have too many issues with this. I may still add some Aliexpress products to my shop, especially home decor, but I think I'll stick with Trendsi for now until I get some regular sales because they have such high reviews, plus they have enough products in the styles I want to build out my store the way I'd like to. Not sure on product quality yet. Not planning to buy samples until I get some initial sales and can pay for those later. I'll update my review later with my thoughts on this when I get the chance. One feature I think would be especially helpful to add to Trendsi, however, is the ability to pick and choose which variants you want in your store and control over sending updates only to those variants. I'm used to using apps like DSers, which lets you map SKUs to your store, so you don't have to get variants you don't want sent to your store with every update. Anyway, I'm looking forward to growing my store with Trendsi!

I ordered several samples at once, and one was 2 small, return instructions stated that the SKU on the bag had to match the item SKU, however there was no way to find the SKU on the site, and it didn't occur to me to match each bag with each item when taking them out. Harold was helpful in helping me figure out what the SKU was, so that I could use the correct plastic bag in order to make a return. Harold deserves 5 stars for his help, but I gave 4 stars for the overall experience -- if the SKU had been published on the order page then I wouldn't have had to reach out to support in the first place.

12/4/25 - I got on support chat with Mikah asking about products that are no longer available. The system drafts them out on your shop so they don't show, but when they become available again, they automatically make them active again. She did suggest I request a restock on ones that do not come back. She also told me that the shipping label only shows a return address - not Trendsi, which is obviously good. You can have the invoice with your logo on it. So far support has been great. --- 11/21/25 - I had a couple of technical questions on uploading products and syncing and Sam was very helpful. ---- 11/16/25 - Chatted again for help on a Sunday evening and Harold was amazing in helping me set up shipping for Trendsi! ---- 2:50 AM CST here in USA and I had a technical problem with importing into Shopify from Trendsi and Lorie solved the problem. Awesome!

Trendsi is the place to go if you're looking for the trending styles of today for women's clothes. As well as drop shipping women's clothes, the support you get from them is well beyond exceptional! If you ever have any issues with their app or need help setting it up, they're always there for you, walk you through whatever you need help with. I can't say enough about Trendsi, their app, and their people which are always there to help you. Yes, 24/7, you can always reach someone. Trendsi, you're way beyond 5 stars in my book !

I am very sorry to have integrated TREDSI into my online store. I finally got my first sale and the item never arrived. I asked for information and after 10 days they told me that it was not possible to send me the item. I had to insist to have an answer, because on their part there is no real commitment. I am disappointed and sorry to have trusted this store, it is a pity that it has very good items but not at all good in what they do. And don't believe the 5-star reviews, they are paid reviews. It's a robbery!
