So far, so good. All I can speak on is the customer service. It's awesome and I just go off the phone with Lorie and she was so very helpful. I do like the fact that they have plus size, where most vendors do not.

Je suis hyper contente concernant le Service Cliente! Les filles que j'ai eu (Lee et Hariette) sont incroyable, une rapidité incroyable! Je viens de commencer avec eux pour ma boutique Shopify sur USA ils ont une énormément variété de produits fabuleux!! Le seul petit problème, dommage qu'ils ne livre pas internacional, étant donné que je suis de Suisse!

I love the products they offer. Two reasons I'm not giving 5 stars. the Shipping time on some products are two long and they don't offer men's. Their support staff is great and they always reply to you super fast. Today i worked with Hazel and she was amazing. I would definitely Recommend them. Thank you Hazel.

I placed my first order yesterday. The support team agent Gretle responded quickly to address and issue with the customers address. So far so good. I’m still waiting on the tracking number though. So we shall see.

Great quality products, out of the samples I ordered. I really hope they get more accessories and maybe mens items. I had good assistance from Mia on finding my shipment. I hope in the future maybe shipping can be improved because I am currently waiting for samples I ordered 2 weeks ago, considering it is marketed as for US based stores also.

I just added this app to my store. I had many questions and Gretle patiently answered each one of them. I give it a 4 star because I have not processed an order from the app. I do love the style selections and hope it will be a positive to my shop. Update. It's been almost a year now and the app is great to find nice selection for my shop. Lorie was awesome today in trying to get tech support to see why the quantities wasn't downloading with the items. So far so good. The samples I ordered previously were on point as well. I appreciate the prompt customer service.

I contacted Customer Service because one of my customers received the incorrect item. Gretle was very helpful and friendly. I was advised that the issue would be handled within 24-48 hours. I would like to be back in a few days to say that it all worked out!

May was so helpful. I accidently placed order before I was finished and she was able to cancel my order right away. Highly recommend this company. The app on my phone crashes often but on my desktop it is amazing.

CONS: I would love to give Trendsi a 5 star but I gave a 4 because they offer international shipping (outside of the USA) but don't offer returns/exchanges globally other than USA. That makes it challenging selling globally especially being based in Canada. I have spoken to Lee (customer service rep) about it and they said they are working on offering returns/exchanges globally. I hope this will happen soon because I don't want to switch suppliers and it will also improve business for both Trendsi and others. They also don't offer private labeling and custom packaging but they are in the works of it. Hope that doesn't take long as well. Inventory sells out too quick. They don't have enough as a dropshipping company so i am always having to add new items everyday. It takes too long to add products in my Shopify platform as you'd have to add them individually but it is still fairly easy. Just a click and it's added. Hopefully they will add a system where multiple items can be chosen. Shipping time out of the USA is 2 to 3 weeks. PROS: Outstanding customer service. They are always there when I need them. I love the fact that they have a chat system on their website rather than texting me as other dropshippers do. Lee and Gretel have been very kind, patient and full of information. They provide clear photos, accurate product descriptions, sizing and material information. This is huge for me because it takes a lot of time to sort photos and write descriptions. They make it easy. I am very happy with this as other companies don't provide the right information and clear photos. Their website is very organized and easy to use. It is 100% user friendly. Trendsi is great for anyone starting out in the USA and only targeting USA. Once they start offering returns and exchanges globally, I will definitely rate them a 5 star. Everything else is great and I am happy to continue business with Trensdi.
