Working with Trendsi support — especially Micah — was an absolute game‑changer. I was dealing with a tricky Shopify–Trendsi inventory sync issue that had my products showing the wrong stock levels, and Micah stepped in like a total pro. The instructions were crystal clear, the guidance was smooth, and the entire process felt effortless. Micah didn’t just fix the problem — he made the whole experience feel easy. New to Trendsi.. ran into a glitch.. but Harold was able to quickly get me up and running. Totally my fault as I downloaded app before buying domain name.. but Harold walked me through the steps to connect my store and now I am all set. Thank you Harold! Used chat again and Chette was very helpful is showing me how to configure and update shipping rates as without this properly done the inventory would not sync with shopify. Kudo's to Chette for properly identifying the issue and walking me thru the configuration steps!

i was dealing with a customer serv rep from trendsi named Chette she was amazing and very helpful and most of all patient . :) a week later the sad part is a customer placed a order almost 2 weeks ago and they keep putting things off and lots of excuses ive been going back and forth last couple days with someone named Sam and she tells me this morning they are on holidays till end of month like omg my customer will be waiting over a month for products this is not ok. my advise is to stay away from trendsi i feel like im getting the run around shopify should know these issues

Anya was AMAZING in helping me resolving my "out of stock" issue. Instead of giving me a link to FAQ like most customer service reps do, she reviewed screenshots, checked my settings for me, and showed so much kindness and patience. Trendsi, you need more Anyas! <3
