AMAZING customer service. Gretle was super helpful at helping me figure out how to properly submit an order from my shopify website and locate 2 other orders. She was super quick and responsive. This has made me feel very secure in building an online boutique with the help of Trendsi.

I spent many hours reviewing dropship suppliers before finalling choosing Trendsi for my store and so far I'm glad I did. I've just begun adding trendsi products to my store so I haven't had a lot of time working with the app personally. I would like to add a shout out to Chette with Trensi support though who did a great job (on a Saturday) personally answering my questions about how to include video clips in my store. This was my first experience asking Trendsi for support and I wasn't dissappointed. Thanks again Chette !

I love the App, the beauty of the products, but best of all you get a human anytime you need assistance. Gretle helped me settle my log in issue with my multiple emails and I was feeling frustrated but she was so helpful. She was patient and kind and she helped me get everything in order. 5 star customer Service ! You are not alone with this drop shipper.

I am just starting my dropshipping business with Trendsi. I have had to contact customer support a few times with my questions and someone always gets back to me on chat very quickly. Yesterday I needed help getting my shipping set up in Shopify and Dave from Trendsi went above and beyond to help me out. It's scary to do it by yourself and the support you get from Trendsi makes it so much easier and you don't feel so alone!

So far Trendsi has been AMAZING. I have spoken to several reps at this company and all have been wonderful, especially Raymart. The helpful tips and suggestions to better my experience has made all the difference. I haven't had to wait more than 30 min for an email reply yet. This kind of customer service is unheard of in today's world. They deserve 5 Stars across the board in all areas, especially syncing to my Shopify account. It is the easiest process out of all the other dropshippers I have used. I do hope in the near future they add more product's to their accessory area as well as SHOES! Not much of a selection on either and that would be a major plus for my business because I like to stick with 1 company instead of going with several people. I cannot wait to see how far I go in the online boutique industry using Trendsi.

I was having multiple questions with regards to shipping rates, zones, origin and its setup. Chette has been super prompt explaining all of my questions in detail. She even guided me through setup. She was very friendly, helpful and patient with everything I needed help with.
