I had a issue with a item that shipped and it had the wrong address on it. Mia helped me get the issue resolved very quickly. I love Trendsi customer service.

As a new user, I had a ton of questions. Mia was so helpful and patient with me as I learned. She definitely was knowledgable and answered every one of my questions with great detail and helpful graphics.

Trendsi Customer Care is amazing!! I always get a quick response, no matter the time. I had a customer input the wrong address on her order. She no longer lived in the home or in the TOWN. She let me know right away and Lorie was able to help immediately! My customer and I were relieved and so happy that we were able to get it corrected. Thank you, Lorie, for all of your help!
