Loving this app so far. Customer service is very quick to respond. I had a question at 9:30pm (CST) and Mary was very quick to answer and answer my question!

I had a support chat today with Angelo - he was helpful. One thing Iike about Trendsi is that most of the items for womens retail that I upload are easy because I don't have to write a description BUT the big plus over this to FashionGo is the sizing measurements. I upload more items with Trendsi than I do with FashionGo for this reason. I also love the video's - they're awesome for us small businesswomen.

Mía is phenomenal! She answered every question FAST! I use multiple dropshipping suppliers and now Trendsi is my FIRST choice when adding items. It’s because of Mía and her outstanding customer service skills as well as his professionalism. Thank you again Mía- you are my “go-to” girl. I wish there was a way to search by “color” - maybe in the future. I would like to see more bright colors, like pinks (fuchsia, hot pink..etc), blues ( royal blue, London Blue, Klein blue), and greens (Kelly, chartreuse)

Mary was fantastic. I had a question on sizing and she responded immediately. She also looked into the issue and sent it to the correct department, all the while keeping me in the loop. There's been several who I still have not heard anything from. Mary has been the exception and is a rock star.

Had trouble logging into my new account and Chatted with Customer Service rep Gretle along with Raymart! Both were very helpful and Raymart suggested I log in with my phone number which worked. Sometimes it just takes great people who are patient to help you think of simple things or different avenues that you don't know. I love TRENDSY! Their selection has been smaller then other wholesale platform but it's growing. they offer amazing customer service, I've also seen them in person at Magic. Shipping is pretty fast with them as well. I gave them feedback a while ago asking for video's of the products along with the photo's they take. For all boutique owners or start ups boutiques who dropship some or all their products. having videos for customers to see, helps a lot!!!!!
