Trendsi: Fashion Dropshipping

Just getting started using the Trendi app. Mia the Customer Service Rep. was great at answering some questions for me.

Customer service chat with Angelo was great! I couldn't figure out why my items were not downloading all a sudden. He helped me out.

Had trouble logging into my new account and Chatted with Customer Service rep Gretle along with Raymart! Both were very helpful and Raymart suggested I log in with my phone number which worked. Sometimes it just takes great people who are patient to help you think of simple things or different avenues that you don't know. I appreciate them both and so excited to dive back in and start using their services again!

I love TRENDSY! Their selection has been smaller then other wholesale platform but it's growing. they offer amazing customer service, I've also seen them in person at Magic. Shipping is pretty fast with them as well. I gave them feedback a while ago asking for video's of the products along with the photo's they take. For all boutique owners or start ups boutiques who dropship some or all their products. having videos for customers to see, helps a lot!!!!!

I love how easy it is to load Trendsi items. Trendsi provides great descriptions and photos of different types of women! Also, I spoke with Angelo today with a question about my account. He was quick and friendly! I had another experience with ABBY today and she was extremely helpful! I'm so grateful for the Trendsi staff and how they help my business!

It is very easy to use, and the product listings and photos are very clear and professional. The time it takes to set up my store is like nothing compared to other apps.

January 13th, 2024 I has been a great year with Trendsi! I spoke today to Harold about adding products to TikTok Shop. He let me know which items to add and the shipping, which was a concern for me. I'm very excited about the future with this company and hope together we can become a great success! Thanks Trendsi/Harold! I have come across this app in my journey to find suitable manufacturers. I got a welcome email almost immediately. I ended up having difficulty getting the products to add to my store. I reached out to Customer Service and spoke to Mia. She was excellent in helping me figure out my issue and get it resolved. I'm grateful that she was there. I am now free to add things, and hope it takes my store to the next level! Let's Go Trendsi!!! December 5, 2024 I have made it to the end of the year and still have been using Trendsi as my main manufacturer. They still supply excellent service and fast delivery. I would recommend them to everybody who requires good quality clothes. This is the company you are looking for.

My interaction with Trendsi's customer support was exceptional, specifically with a representative named Czarina, who was diligent, patient, and extremely helpful. I had an issue with a package that hadn't arrived on time due to an incorrect address and shipping confusion. Despite the complexity of the situation, Czarina was able to navigate it with professionalism and grace. The communication was clear and timely, with Czarina taking the time to understand the issue and providing me with accurate information regarding the status of my package. She guided me through the steps to resolve the issue, even going so far as to recommend contacting USPS directly for the most up-to-date information on the package. When the issue of overnight shipping arose, she was forthcoming about the policy, and went out of her way to clarify the terms and conditions associated with overseas orders. I found this transparency refreshing and it enhanced my trust in Trendsi as a company. Moreover, when it was found that there was indeed a mistake on their part, Czarina promptly offered a refund and store credit, showcasing the company's dedication to customer satisfaction. I like Trendsi because they are super easy to use. Unlike many other drop shippers where you have to do numerous steps in order to incorporate their items into your store(s), which isn't the case with Trendsi. I needed assistance, because I wasn't able to add items to my stores. I went to the chat option and a rep by the name of Lee quickly determined what the issue was, advised me on what to do, I did what she recommended, and it fixed the issue. Their prices aren't too bad either. I would recommend them as a drop shipper. Added note: I wish I could know from experience what the shipping turnaround is when customers place orders, but from what I have seen from other reviews it doesn't seem that long. So, I am hoping the same with my customers as well.

I’ve been with them for 3 months long and so far I’m very happy with their products, lots of sizes available, fresh products everyday, new men’s collection will be added soon, Yay! , easy navigate e-commerce system, pretty much all the customer service I talk or message to at the chat box was very helpful!
