January 13th, 2024 I has been a great year with Trendsi! I spoke today to Harold about adding products to TikTok Shop. He let me know which items to add and the shipping, which was a concern for me. I'm very excited about the future with this company and hope together we can become a great success! Thanks Trendsi/Harold! I have come across this app in my journey to find suitable manufacturers. I got a welcome email almost immediately. I ended up having difficulty getting the products to add to my store. I reached out to Customer Service and spoke to Mia. She was excellent in helping me figure out my issue and get it resolved. I'm grateful that she was there. I am now free to add things, and hope it takes my store to the next level! Let's Go Trendsi!!! December 5, 2024 I have made it to the end of the year and still have been using Trendsi as my main manufacturer. They still supply excellent service and fast delivery. I would recommend them to everybody who requires good quality clothes. This is the company you are looking for.

I was having issues with connecting my store and had the pleasure chatting with chette! she was very helpful. With her help, I was able to connect my store. Thanks again, Chette! My interaction with Trendsi's customer support was exceptional, specifically with a representative named Czarina, who was diligent, patient, and extremely helpful. I had an issue with a package that hadn't arrived on time due to an incorrect address and shipping confusion. Despite the complexity of the situation, Czarina was able to navigate it with professionalism and grace. The communication was clear and timely, with Czarina taking the time to understand the issue and providing me with accurate information regarding the status of my package. She guided me through the steps to resolve the issue, even going so far as to recommend contacting USPS directly for the most up-to-date information on the package. When the issue of overnight shipping arose, she was forthcoming about the policy, and went out of her way to clarify the terms and conditions associated with overseas orders. I found this transparency refreshing and it enhanced my trust in Trendsi as a company. Moreover, when it was found that there was indeed a mistake on their part, Czarina promptly offered a refund and store credit, showcasing the company's dedication to customer satisfaction. This willingness to acknowledge and correct errors is a testament to Trendsi's commitment to quality service. I'd like to extend my gratitude towards Czarina, who turned a potentially frustrating situation into a positive customer service experience. I like Trendsi because they are super easy to use. Unlike many other drop shippers where you have to do numerous steps in order to incorporate their items into your store(s), which isn't the case with Trendsi. I needed assistance, because I wasn't able to add items to my stores. I went to the chat option and a rep by the name of Lee quickly determined what the issue was, advised me on what to do, I did what she recommended, and it fixed the issue. Their prices aren't too bad either. I would recommend them as a drop shipper. Added note: I wish I could know from experience what the shipping turnaround is when customers place orders, but from what I have seen from other reviews it doesn't seem that long. So, I am hoping the same with my customers as well.

Hi There! Just love to acknowledge how Trendsi dropshipping company makes my small boutique so easy & efficient! I’ve been with them for 3 months long and so far I’m very happy with their products, lots of sizes available, fresh products everyday, new men’s collection will be added soon, Yay! , easy navigate e-commerce system, pretty much all the customer service I talk or message to at the chat box was very helpful! When I started my business I needed product to start my business and didn’t want traditional Drop shipping due to quality and shipping time issues. A friend told me about Trendsi. I ordered a few products to test and was pleased with what I had ordered. I will say that the products shipping from the USA seem to be better quality in my experience. So I always search their USA inventory. Their customer service is fast to respond as well and that a huge plus! Gretle and many others have been very helpful and responsive in any situation. So thank you Trendsi! You are helping me grow until I can get my own brand!!

I had a questions about my sample order. One item came right away. My other orders had not shown up yet both ordered at the same time. Gretle looked up my order gave me an update. Let me know it would be escalate to there team and find out why it go delayed. I love the quick response time, there customer support staff are very knowledgable and helpful.

The customer service is phenomenal. Always a quick response, top-notch and thorough. I had an issue today and within minutes of hopping onto the chat Raymart was able to troubleshoot my issue, walk me through correcting my errors and had great follow up ensuring I was well taken care of. I personally select the products I know are quality brands, quick shipping and I can feel confident in offering our customers.
