8/27/23 - Anya is FABULOUS! I had an issue that she thoroughly walked me through until we figured it out. It was a user-error and once Anya realized what it was, I was able to correct the problem. THANK YOU SO MUCH! Highly Recommend. 3/16/23 - Angelo in customer service was very knowledgeable and helped with an issue I created. He was very understanding and walked me through the steps to correct the problem. Thank you, Angelo! Everyone is customer support is very friendly and helpful. Gretie helped me twice today already and she was so helpful and patient with answering my questions. Chette in customer service was very helpful and answered all of my questions about the return process. Thanks so much.

I just downloaded the app and connected it to my store and was having issues viewing anything. The customer service that I received was phenomenal, she went above and beyond to help me. My phone on my phone ended up being the issue as to why i couldn't view anything and I was walked thru it all. 100% satisfied customer here so far, thank you

I had to update my phone number for my account after deleting my account. Trendsi support responded almost immediately. Allen the support specialist, helped me greatly get back up and running. I would recommend Trendsi just on the customer support alone. It helps a lot for someone just starting their new business endeavor. Highly recommend!

I've used this app and it has really increased my online sales. I purchase samples to have in the store so customers can see the quality, sizes, and purchase off the rack if they want. I had an issue with one dress that I received that had a twisted fabric piece sewn. Gretle replied back by email within 10 minutes, I sent pictures, and the item was promptly refunded within an hour. I really appreciate the great customer service and ease of interfacing with Shopify. It definitely lets me try some more adventurous pieces without fear of being stuck with inventory that doesn't sell!

My rep Angelo was great. Efficient, knowledgeable and professional. Only thing I could mention is quicker response times. Although, that could be system delay that's out of a rep's control.

Trendsi is a life-saver. It is always updating inventory. Perfect for selling to a market that looks at inches rather than centimeters. The support staff is friendly and very helpful.
