Trendsi Customer Care is amazing!! I always get a quick response, no matter the time. I had a customer input the wrong address on her order. She no longer lived in the home or in the TOWN. Trendsi is a great app and great dropshipping service! They grew a lot in just 2 years and with that comes growing pains. They have tried their best to improve and address any issues. You're never going to find a perfect dropshipper/supplier because everyone has different needs and preferences. I really like the inventory sync with my store and the variety of products. The fashion is up to date and the pricing is good overall! Customer service is wonderful, especially Gretle!!!
