When I started my business I needed product to start my business and didn’t want traditional Drop shipping due to quality and shipping time issues. A friend told me about Trendsi. I ordered a few products to test and was pleased with what I had ordered. I will say that the products shipping from the USA seem to be better quality in my experience. So I always search their USA inventory. Their customer service is fast to respond as well and that a huge plus! Gretle and many others have been very helpful and responsive in any situation. So thank you Trendsi! You are helping me grow until I can get my own brand!!

I had a questions about my sample order. One item came right away. My other orders had not shown up yet both ordered at the same time. Gretle looked up my order gave me an update. Let me know it would be escalate to there team and find out why it go delayed. I love the quick response time, there customer support staff are very knowledgable and helpful.

The customer service is phenomenal. Always a quick response, top-notch and thorough. I had an issue today and within minutes of hopping onto the chat Raymart was able to troubleshoot my issue, walk me through correcting my errors and had great follow up ensuring I was well taken care of. I personally select the products I know are quality brands, quick shipping and I can feel confident in offering our customers. It's been a great resource to add additional styles and sixes for our customers. Thank you again Raymart for your exceptional assistance today!

I am new to this site and the staff have been so kind and helpful. I would recommend to all newcomers. Love using Trendsi for my boutique. When contacting chat online for any questions mostly where for "shipping status" have always gone out of their way to assist. Today I spoke with "Mia" in regards to issue about inseams and she was happy to assist with the answers I needed.
