I'm brand new to this dropshipping thing and I'm so happy that I chose Trendsi as one of my wholesalers for my Shopify store! I had a question about shipping and Angelo helped me in under 5 minutes! Thank you so much for your customer service, Angelo! Update: I had another great experience with Gretle! She was super fast to respond to my question, very friendly and I got the help I needed right away! Thank you, Gretle!

I currently use 2 separate dropshipping services but Trendsi is by far the best! I love the quality of clothing, the ease of use, the stock photos and the customer service. I worked with a representative today by the name of Gretle and she was able to get my issue solved in record time. I would highly recommend using this company for dropshipping.

I highly recommend this dropshipping app/company! First, the customer service is nice, professional, fast, and efficient. I just worked with Allan and it was a great experience! Within seconds he had my answer. Also, the products this company offers are so very nice, with a great variety to choose from! The ease of getting these products in my store is also a wonderful experience ... and it's fast! And finally, knowing I never have to track inventory is an amazing thing! I'm so excited about finding this dropshipping company! ---------- Because there's no option to leave a second review, I wanted to update my previous review to add/ something. I worked with Angelo today on a situation I needed help with. He did an excellent job! He was kind, fast and professional! This company is a "breath of fresh air" to work with! Great customer service! ----------- Today (4/9/23), I worked with Chette. She was very helpful, kind and polite. She did an excellent job. And she was also very fast in responding to me. This is a great company to work with/!)

6/30-I would like to express my thanks on this occassion to Harold. He was to patient and kind in helping set up TTS. Kudos to Trendsi for having him on the team. Raymart helped clarify all my questions. He was very thorough and patient. I love this app for my business, always quick to respond to questions, with an extensive product selection, and lower prices. It is well put together. All the images and sizes have been organized, unlike other apps that provide one image and sizes are all over the place. Best of all FREE! Highly recommend!!! Wish I would have found it sooner. Thanks, Raymart and Trendsi. Update 3/31/23: Ms. Chette, Mr. Angelo, Ms. Mia, Ms. Mary, Ms. Lee and truly the entire team as a whole are always so willing to help and answer any questions. 8/27/23 - Anya is FABULOUS! I had an issue that she thoroughly walked me through until we figured it out. It was a user-error and once Anya realized what it was, I was able to correct the problem. THANK YOU SO MUCH! Highly Recommend. 3/16/23 - Angelo in customer service was very knowledgeable and helped with an issue I created. He was very understanding and walked me through the steps to correct the problem. Thank you, Angelo! Everyone is customer support is very friendly and helpful. Gretie helped me twice today already and she was so helpful and patient with answering my questions. Chette in customer service was very helpful and answered all of my questions about the return process. Thanks so much.

I just downloaded the app and connected it to my store and was having issues viewing anything. The customer service that I received was phenomenal, she went above and beyond to help me. My phone on my phone ended up being the issue as to why i couldn't view anything and I was walked thru it all. 100% satisfied customer here so far, thank you

I had to update my phone number for my account after deleting my account. Trendsi support responded almost immediately. Allen the support specialist, helped me greatly get back up and running. I would recommend Trendsi just on the customer support alone. It helps a lot for someone just starting their new business endeavor. Highly recommend!
