Trendsi: Fashion Dropshipping

Trendsi is a great app and great dropshipping service! They grew a lot in just 2 years and with that comes growing pains. They have tried their best to improve and address any issues. You're never going to find a perfect dropshipper/supplier because everyone has different needs and preferences. I really like the inventory sync with my store and the variety of products. The fashion is up to date and the pricing is good overall! Customer service is wonderful, especially Gretle!!!

I currently use 2 separate dropshipping services but Trendsi is by far the best! I love the quality of clothing, the ease of use, the stock photos and the customer service. I worked with a representative today by the name of Gretle and she was able to get my issue solved in record time. I would highly recommend using this company for dropshipping.

Lorie did a fantastic job helping me to get my head around my issue and understand what I needed to know. Very patient and kind! She was very quick with responses and answers. Definately knows her stuff!!!

I highly recommend this dropshipping app/company! First, the customer service is nice, professional, fast, and efficient. I just worked with Allan and it was a great experience! Within seconds he had my answer. Also, the products this company offers are so very nice, with a great variety to choose from! The ease of getting these products in my store is also a wonderful experience ... and it's fast! And finally, knowing I never have to track inventory is an amazing thing! 6/30-I would like to express my thanks on this occassion to Harold. He was to patient and kind in helping set up TTS. Kudos to Trendsi for having him on the team. Raymart helped clarify all my questions. He was very thorough and patient. I love this app for my business, always quick to respond to questions, with an extensive product selection, and lower prices. It is well put together. All the images and sizes have been organized, unlike other apps that provide one image and sizes are all over the place. Best of all FREE! Highly recommend!!! Wish I would have found it sooner. I am so excited working TRENDSI Support Team representative Allan for my women clothing brand. For his assistance in giving me the information and resources to have a successfully launch. I would recommend anyone that love fashion streetwear to try them first.

I had an issue getting on the app and uploading my documents. Earlier Saturday morning and Chette was so helpful and quickly had me ordering samples with ease.

8/27/23 - Anya is FABULOUS! I had an issue that she thoroughly walked me through until we figured it out. It was a user-error and once Anya realized what it was, I was able to correct the problem. I just downloaded the app and connected it to my store and was having issues viewing anything. The customer service that I received was phenomenal, she went above and beyond to help me. My phone on my phone ended up being the issue as to why i couldn't view anything and I was walked thru it all. 100% satisfied customer here so far, thank you
