I had a shipping issue, contacted support. Gretle helped me through the process and once I clicked a rate, it started working for me. Now I can receive orders. So, thankful for the help. I had another issue, this time it was a shipping issue and Harold helped me. He was able to track it down and find out where it was. Good job Harold!

I love this online supplier for dropshipping, I had questions and Gretle was quick to help me through. I recommend ordering samples so you can show your customers that what is in your store are actual products that are good quality.

I needed a question for a order and I was helped right away with my questions! Being partnered with them is so easy! I recently had a minor issue and I was able to be connected to a nice person named Czar who helped me resolve my issue! UPDATE: I had another small issue with a product and I contacted their customer service and was helped by a nice lady named Chette! She was really helpful and resolved my issue within a few minutes and without headaches. Thank you Trendsi!

Just started with Trendsi and so far I am very impressed with what they offer! this is a service that basically ANY boutique can make work for what you are looking for. Their customer service has been amazing so far, Allan just helped me in within minutes on a SATURDAY when I panicked over a mistake I made.

I am Using this App but I noticed that after fulfilling the item Tracking Email should go from Domain but TRENDSI is sending the Email to my Client from their Domain. I do not even receive a copy of that email they sent to my client to notify them that Item has been shipped. This is kind of conflict of interest like collecting my client info and communicating with them. This needs to be rectified. TRENDSI Please comments on that to resolve this issue. Thanks

I have to say in all aspects Trendsi is by far my favorite for dropshipping service. They deliver fast and the designs are soo my taste. I almost started to panic one day i received some errors in an order I placed. Angelo was very helpful and he was very patient, even walking the extra mile of resending me an email when it took a while to be sent.
