I love how quickly I get a response when asking a question. We have only used Trendsi one time in a big promotion for our shop and everyone has been very helpful! We had lots of orders with lots tracking that needed to be followed. I worked with Gretle, Kathrine, Mia, Lhirose, Charmaine, Lance, Angelo, and Lorie. They have all been great to work with! I was very nervous about handing the shipping over but this has been a great experience so far!

Update: I made a silly change in my shopify settings that messed things up and Chette was so helpful in showing me what I needed to fix and walking me thru fixing it! The customer service I have received has been excellent! I love everything they have to offer and the ease of being able to add the items to my shop!

This is a technology integration that is seamless. The front end and the back end are both equally seamless. The user side is easy to browse and fulfillment side is highly automated cutting down on time.

The customer service is always A+ at Trendsi. I once had an issue with a shipped item and they sent the correct item pronto. The recent issue I had, Mia helped me sooo much. She sent a demo on how to correct the shipping rates issue I had. When we found that it was something else, she explained to me the details of how its possible. And.... she answered every question and explained every detail with a smile. They are truly awesome. They carry quality products and have quality service. Couldn't ask for more.☺

Haven't physically sold anything from Trendsi yet, but the customer service is phenomenal! Ms. Lee was very helpful in finding my issue dealing with shipping. She gave off a friendly vibe throughout the entire process and she responded very quickly with a few possible solutions to fix my problem.
