I am new in an online business. and Found TRENDSI. it is a perfect supplier for my online store. i order my dress, and it arrived today, and all the product is high quality. i contact a message support, and they are quick to respond. Hazel was in Live message, and very helpful. glad i found Trendsi. highly recommended. Latest review as of March 2023! Trendsi is the best dropshipping company. As a new entrepreneur, they have the whole team ready to help us answer our questions, willing to listen to our suggestions. They are quick to respond any emails, if you are new and have questions they guide you through. The website are so easy to use. I’m so excited that they are adding some men’s collections. And shoutout to Chette, for being excellent in her job in customer service! I am HAPPY to be a TRENDSI user.

I'm a new online boutique and Trendsi has really helped supplement my inventory while I brand and grow my business. The clothes are stylish and on trend. I love that anytime I have a question, I can simply start a chat, it's extremely convenient! I also like how easy the process is to complete transactions. Hello: I have had the app for a little while and when I got my first order the order process and paying for my order was very easy. The order was already set up and I just had to pay for it. The update was auto filled into my orders. Later when I had a question I sent an email to support and Hazel replied quickly. While on the site I also used the support chat and talked to Angelo who was very friendly and helpful and answered my questions. Thank you for your time and attention.

5/5 I love Trendsi. They have an amazing selection of items and amazing customer service. Hazel was so great and helpful today. Wish all apps had this level of service. **update! Trendsi is still 5/5. Today I needed to redirect the shipping on an order and Lee was super quick to respond and provide help to solve my issue and get my order to where it needed to go. Really love this app the customer support team is top tier. They have a ton of great styles and integrate easily with shopify. Lee was my most recent support staff member and she helped me replace a size very quickly before the order processed for a customer of mine that had ordered the wrong one.

I've been using Trendsi for almost a year and only ran into 1-2 issues as far as inventory but via chat Mia has been very helpful in providing me with updated info on my orders and inventory. Although it does take sometime for it to update to my Shopify inventory; I can honestly say that as a boutique owner my customers haven't had any issues with their clothing or accessories that they've ordered via my website.
