I chatted with Lorie tonight - I could not access my account as previously with the text of the phone number. She showed me how I could access via Shopify Admin. I was also having an issue with customers not being allowed to ship - she helped me identify that issue - Shopify cannot seperate shipping when one ships from multiple locations. So the info provided assisted me in making the changes to allow customers to use to get shipping - we were getting an error prior. New to Trendsi via Shopify and just working out the "kinks" - Lorie was very helpful.

Customer service is super quick and resposive! Angelo was very helpful in getting an issue resolved for me. Gretle helped me out super quick with an issue I had while on vacation!

Lorena patiently answered my question and gave me relevant links to review. I give it a 5 star and appreciate my customers orders arriving on time. I do suggest getting a sample because some fabrics may be thinner than it appears. Otherwise, so far so good and I appreciate the prompt customer service.

Most definitely the best app we have imported. Not just the app, but the very helpful, and available "Mia," with excellent customer service. She is available and sincerely helpful. People behind some other apps obviously use skits, and standardized answers. Trendsi's app loads COGS, and ALL the pictures. Some others do NOT. Also, you can toggle your product choice, to "draft" BEFORE the import, where others do NOT. Platform is easy to use and navigate. Shipping is very good. Trendsi also offers transparency that others do NOT. Trendsi sends blog notes/alert memos to your vendor inbox that are very helpful with inventory management.

I used this app to add products to my Shopify store. I got online help from Karen, she was really able to help me on what I needed to do. Quick response and stayed with me until I was able to the task on my own.

I Had Tracking Issues, Trendsi was able to update me on tracking and give me the all the information I needed, they also automatically updated my customers tracking, because I do dropshipping.

It's my first time using the Trendsi App and I had lots of questions. I had a converstion with Gretie who was very helpful in helping me navigate the pp. I love the app and the ease of adding products to my shopify store. I also love the fact that all the products have great descriptions which you can edit however you want.

I love this app. The products sync right to my story. The orders get processed quickly and they communicate any issues with the order in a very timely manner.

I have been using the Trendsi app for several months now and I really like it. It is easy to use with my Shopify store and navigating the app is pretty straightforward. Excellent drop shipping option and Elin with customer service has been a big help with any issues I may be having :) I also recently worked with Karen in customer service to rectify a small connection issue with shopify and she was knowledgeable and informative.
