As a new entrepreneur, they have the whole team ready to help us answer our questions, willing to listen to our suggestions. Hello: I have had the app for a little while and when I got my first order the order process and paying for my order was very easy. The order was already set up and I just had to pay for it. The update was auto filled into my orders. Later when I had a question I sent an email to support and Hazel replied quickly. While on the site I also used the support chat and talked to Angelo who was very friendly and helpful and answered my questions. Thank you for your time and attention.

Really love this app the customer support team is top tier. They have a ton of great styles and integrate easily with shopify. Lee was my most recent support staff member and she helped me replace a size very quickly before the order processed for a customer of mine that had ordered the wrong one.

I've been using Trendsi for almost a year and only ran into 1-2 issues as far as inventory but via chat Mia has been very helpful in providing me with updated info on my orders and inventory. Although it does take sometime for it to update to my Shopify inventory; I can honestly say that as a boutique owner my customers haven't had any issues with their clothing or accessories that they've ordered via my website.
