Lots of great styles and selection. Very helpful support. Gretle was very helpful on more than one occasion in questions pertaining to setting up and requesting re-stock. I have yet to place orders, I have confidence in doing so since the support on the site is so great.

This app is very user-friendly and super automatic. You basically just need to sit and it does everything from Order taking to shipping. Their rep Hazel was super helpful. Highly recommend

I love the customer support, each rep is very nice however we are having a major issue with the pickup location being correct in the system. We have spent hours on with shopify support and Trendsi support and no one can figure it out. Every day we have to give all the Order numbers and have a representative manually changed the addresses. The Trendsi engineers are working on this issue. We love the clothes, quality and shipping time though!

I really enjoy all aspects of Trendsi, but I'm so impressed with their customer service. Today I had to ask a question and Ross was amazing in answering my question and helping me with what steps to go forward. She was patient and quick to respond. I really appreciated Ross and everyone I've dealt with at Trendsi so far.

Mia in chat support and her gang are the best. She was one of the first chat support that I spoke with from last month, has walked me through the system and our first orders. There is no "have your cleared your cache and cookies" treatment here. Real support every time. Thanks Mia!

I love how quickly I get a response when asking a question. We have only used Trendsi one time in a big promotion for our shop and everyone has been very helpful! We had lots of orders with lots tracking that needed to be followed. I worked with Gretle, Kathrine, Mia, Lhirose, Charmaine, Lance, Angelo, and Lorie. They have all been great to work with! I was very nervous about handing the shipping over but this has been a great experience so far!

The customer service is always A+ at Trendsi. I once had an issue with a shipped item and they sent the correct item pronto. The recent issue I had, Mia helped me sooo much. She sent a demo on how to correct the shipping rates issue I had. When we found that it was something else, she explained to me the details of how its possible. And.... she answered every question and explained every detail with a smile. They are truly awesome. They carry quality products and have quality service. Couldn't ask for more.☺
