Trendsi: Fashion Dropshipping

OMG! I'm here hoping more people use the app so we can get a larger variety of products because so far I am very impressed with this company. Pros: *The app is so easy to use, the photos and descriptions are all very detailed and great quality. *They update my shop immediately when stock changes as well as send an email notification. *Shipping is relatively fast. *Customer support is outstanding. One of my sold products was out of stock and they not only contacted me with options to replace it but recognized it was a set piece to another ordered product and offered to replace the whole thing with another color. *One of the products my customer ordered didn't pass quality check and they sent me an email notifying me and that they'd have a new one ready to ship in a few days. Cons: *I can only add the products to one collection from the app so I have to go back into my shop to add it to other collections. This is especially challenging when I work from my phone because Shopify doesn't let me update the collections either. *Still slightly limited options in the handbags, shoes, middle aged kids and accessories collections. I'd also love to see men's' apparel someday soon. I haven't received the products yet to review packaging/etc., but so far I am so impressed. I have run my boutique from home for 3 years and I scaled beyond my own capabilities. It was dropship or huge overhead costs associated with opening a warehouse and hiring staff. I am so glad I went with dropship. My customers have more options and I have less stress. I had some issues with setting up my shipping and Gretle provided outstanding and quick support. Thank you.

I have contacted Customer service Lorie was really helpful ( I have spoken to Lorie a few times and has always been very helpful). I look forward to hearing the outcome of the issue I am having. Trendsi is a great resourse and I highly recommend them to Boutique Owners!

I accidentally ordered every sample in my shopping cart, which was more money than I wanted to spend at this time (I plan on going through, and editing before purchasing) . Hazel was able to cancel it immediately and get me a refund. Thanks!

I am new to using Trendsi, I have been enjoying the products they have, easily processing orders, and especially their Customer Service reps all have been very nice and helpful but one agent that stands out is Angelo. Have helped me with a few problems i was having on my end. I am happy with this app so far!

I just started with Trendsi and It's my first time adding app to my account actually so i really don't know how to start, but luckily Gretle help me steps by steps and I made it. She really made it very easy for me and I'm happy to know what they offer for us seller, really glad I've found Trendsi.

Maria is an excellent customer service support person. She was able to help me with all of my many questions, and concerns. I had problems with the imported products' inventory quantities zeroing out. The app's developer Sherwin Xia was most helpful and supportive with me in finding a resolution the the problem. Jac was great in helping me figure out how to proceed with an order that had an out of stock item. He was very patient with this newbie and it was greatly appreciated! I have also now been helped by Miles and Gretle, and they have been such great help with any issues that have come up. Great attitudes, super friendly, and very helpful.

I just started using Trendsi as a supplier and already generating sales. I've found they have an excellent quality products to to choose from in a great variety of styles that I can add to my shop. Also a big plus was Gretle from customer support, she very quickly was able to answer and clear up questions on an order I had placed.

11/8/2021 I found myself in need of some help again, and this time I was assisted by Jac. He was amazing too! In a matter of a few minutes, Jac easily advised me of my problem online. Problem solved in less than 10 minutes. It was a big deal for me, as I had no idea what was going on. I am so pleased with Trendsi and you customer service reps. I truly feel, they are the BEST!!! So Very Patient. Thank you JAC!!!! I was looking for an easy way to upgrade my website, and Trendsi looked like just what I needed. I needed to understand the process better. I reached out to Trendsi chat, and I received very informative information from Maria. She was awesome. I one point my internet dropped, but when I was able to reboot, Maria was right there waiting. Thank you Maria!!! 8/16/2024 I was lucky enough to get Raymart to assist me with questions about the post of a dropship order. I needed to understand the process better. Raymart was able to answer all of my questions, and provide a bit more helpful information. I truly appreciate his expertise. He's excellent!!! Thank you Raymart!!! 10 Stars... if possible!!

So I've worked with MANY people at this company, and all I can say is WOW! They are growing, and fast! Along with that comes growing pains as well. I'm happy to say, so far, every problem is met with swift solution with a smile! This is how customer service should be. Special mention to Faustina tonight! She helped me on 3 issues. Also, Jaylene as she has been here from the beginning always ready to help with anything I've needed to be successful. Great company to work with.
