Terrible app and company. These leeches make money off brands by giving open forum for reviews including bot reviews and then attempting to upsell you on upgrading to a higher tier program which allows filtering.

We give everyone the opportunity to use our platform for free, this allows you to engage and respond to reviews, build on your TrustScore and also flag what you feel are false reviews about your business. Whilst we are a free platform and open for everyone to use unpaid, we recognise that we offer exclusive features to our paying customers. These features focus mostly on marketing collateral for businesses, deeper platform insights, increased use of features such as Trustboxes and access to Customer Success Manager. They do not offer to ability to remove reviews of any kind. All reviews made to businesses (paid or on a free plan) are scanned by the same systems and have the same flagging processes, we have the same rules for both because we must maintain the integrity of our platform and we see this as a pivotal component of doing so. Bis jetzt kann ich die APP nicht richtig einrichten. Ich kann mich auf der Trustpilot Seite einloggen - kein Problem. Die APP Installieren geht auch. Aber beim Login in die APP erhalte ich die Fehlermeldung, dass E-Mail und Kennwort nicht zusammenpassen. Obwohl meine 2 Faktor Authentifizierung abgefragt wird, also offensichtlich stimmen die Logindaten....wow edit: Support per Chat angeschrieben am Donnerstag...das sind jetzt fast 5 Tage...keine Antwort bis jetzt.

horrible customer care. I feel like i talk with a robot everytime i send them an email, no one understands. I was supposed to talk with a manager she didnt reply to emails. Dont use trustpilot, better use google reviews, at least its free. trustpilot- Waste of time and money. They have 19 one star review

The drag and drop feature for the widget would not work at all. Tried on two different laptops and browsers. Click to drag and drop and the icon highlights the first time but then wont carry over.

Doent work for Draft orders and 60% of our business comes from that and support is just saying - they dont know and they cant do anything - really worthless for us.

Useless app. Never worked propertly. I was using it for 2 years, and it doesnt worth the money! No customer support, they are worst, you need to wait for days before can have any useless ansver! The integration doestn work, the widgets are continously not showinv. One glitch after another glitch! Very bed experience!

Shopify is multilingual since years, but Trustpilot refuses to. Invitations only in 1 language, not in different languages per domain / language of the buyer. Widgets are cheap, not possible to change alignment to left or right.

You're right, currently multiple language options is not a feature, however we believe that feedback can be a real driver of change and we will pass this on to our development and product teams. We are regularly updating our Shopify integration, so please do keep an eye on integration update notifications as they come through. Our Widgets allow for multiple TrustBox widgets to be added to your shop. Shopify Multilingual has been out for 2 years. From your app it is not possible to select different language template based on the customer language. This is a really huge issue: you invited me to use SFA, however this can not be used because Shopify "New Order" notification is sent when the order is confirmed, not when the order is fullfilled. You definitely have to update this app asap in order to be compatible with shopify multilingual api.

what a RIP OFF, I typed out off my reviews one by one on my site, trust pilot came to me site, tried to blackmail me to take it down and to pay there 2400 per year fee or they would sue me. I DECIDE IF I WANT TO SHOW MY REVIEWS, i hate that place, I am building my google reviews instead now. the price is NOT worth it, its way to expensive the people that pay it? well I have some sand to sell u if you want?

Trustpilot App will slow your site down and wreck your SEO. on top of that Trustpilot is the worst company to deal with and is home to fake reviews and rubbish support. mixed in with the fraudulent way they charge fees and up your prices each year. It's a damaging and harmful addition to your business and i suggest people look for an alternative.

We're currently working hard to improve our support functions making it a better experience for both businesses and consumers. As well as our support functions, we're making changes and improvements regularly to our products such as APIs (or apps as you've referenced) these updates are made to improve site speed and SEO amongst other things. We use considerable resources to protect our platform from misuse, including a combination of fake detection technology, review monitoring algorithms and robots and over 50 highly trained experts. Our systems work extremely well but are not foolproof - our work to uphold the integrity of our platform goes on permanently. We are constantly looking at new preventative measures, including the use of additional penalties and actions, that will be used against anyone that tries to manipulate reviews. UPDATE - They've got even worse! Customer service is nonexistent. Failed sending review invites. Account managers are useless. Only interested in forcing you to buy package upgrades. If you don't they just ignore all contact. Having used Trustpilot for the past 15 months and gathered over 1600 reviews, the review platform is fine but pretty basic for the price - all the value is in the Trustpilot brand which in our experience doesn't matter as much to our customers as Trustpilot claim that it does. The Shopify integration doesn't include the features that trust pilot account managers and sales staff use to attempt to justify the ridiculous price tag. eg their split testing (optimizer) feature won't work with the Shopify integration. This makes it really hard to quickly prove if this expensive review service is actually making a difference. Support is painfully slow and account managers just ignore you if you ask them difficult questions. Once they had our money they didn't contact us again until they wanted more money. Stick with the free version, or a lower-cost review platform if your customers just want reviews

Absolutely horrible. Avoid at all costs. App is faulty and trustpilot is an absolute joke, overpriced with horrible support .
