Does not work - widget function takes me to my front page. Nothing happends. So there is nothing to use the app for.

Trustpilot reviews are valuable for my business, but don't get sucked in, unless you're willing to pay $200+ per month (paid 12 months upfront) just to be able to have YOUR reviews from YOUR customers showing on YOUR website. Trustpilot is a trusted source of reviews and they've helped my business, but they've shut down third party apps from showing YOUR customer reviews on YOUR site. It's easy to collect reviews with Trustpilot but I'd recommend Google reviews so you can show them on your site as you need. For a business that generates social proof, they really should deal better with their customers.

Poor Support and buggy App. The widget is not editable, since the customize function doesn't work. Since days I don't get any support on my issue. Very dissapointed - Trusted Shops is probably the better option.

Wow, this app is not worth the upgrade. The upgrade should be free if anything. I can't belive this is live on the Shopify Appstore like this.

I used this app for 12 months, we signed a subscription that cost 330 euros a month, the conversion rate from trust pilot was less than 1%, in our service we had account manager that didn't give us enough support to get it better. now they are trying to force us in another 12 months contract because we didn't give 30 days notice period canceling it stay away!

Similar to other people... Username + pass word don't go together but can log in directly. Also tried to sign up for the new app and didn't work

I don't know what went wrong but we can't login now even with a valid account. I'm getting "Sorry, this email and password don’t go together." error. I tried to login the account at trustpilot.com and it worked, however, not in the app. Experienced no problems in the past, hopefully this gets resolved.

Invite past customers to write reviews doesnt work. I tried for 6 times now. In the meantime i installed the app again for 2 times. But nothing work. I cant send invites to my costumers.

Reallll bad app that fails to send retrospective invites even when requested and is super pricey for any kind of customisation of the widget. I think TrustPilot need to give this app a bit of TLC because it is a disaster.

Useless. Cant log in on the Shopify app. No problems when I use the email/password on Trustpilots page but on this app it does not work.

The fact that they only score 2.4 says everything about them. Customer using Trustpilot as a site to review other businesses should be aware of what they're really like. To begin with your business is placed on there inviting reviews whether you like it or not, which in itself is a disgrace - transactions are private between ourselves and our customers unless WE say so, not some random company that's only in it for profit at your expense and the reputation of your business at risk. We had one review claiming we were scammers, simply becuase the customer's order got lost in the mail (we did subsequently refund him). That's clear defamation of character and a libellous remark, but when we asked for help they didn't want to know. We had another which was clearly either from a competitor or had been left in error as it mentioned a member of staff we'd never heard of and a product we'd never sold, yet again Trustpilot refused to remove it. It's absolutely shocking when you have worked hard to build your reputation. On other occasions I've reviewed other businesses and had my reviews rejected because Trustpilot said they were fake. So their system clearly doesn't work and their so called back up support is non-existent, just as others have said. However you want to use your reviews to improve your business, trust Trustpilot at your peril. If anybody needs to be shut down they do.
Hi 1st Mobile, Consumers decide who is reviewed on Trustpilot and we are a platform that hosts the content. A business profile page is automatically created when someone searches for the business's web address on our platform or it can be added from the search results page. Consumers can then start posting reviews about their recent experience with the business. Business profiles are not deleted because consumers put your business on Trustpilot. As you may know from using our platform both as a business and a reviewer - reviews, if flagged by a business, are temporarily removed while we wait for consumers to provide proof of their experience. Reviews are reinstated to the platform once that proof has been provided. Reviews are also removed if they breach our guidelines - this can be anything from, the use of offensive language, sharing of personal information, promotional content, or a user having multiple accounts linked to them. The widget causes errors in the page, and the customer service isn't wiling to help fix this problem. When using safari you can't log in, you need to switch to chrome before you can make use from the backoffice. We use Yotpo as an alternative, which is much better than this and I would recommend you to take a look at YotPo instead of Trustpilot.

Support ist zero, agressive expensive price strategy, limited functionalities, WE DO NOT RECOMMEND IT ! We have agreed a multi site domains deal with our customer manager and he doesn't feel like respecting his part of the agreement. We have paid for Standard Plan but the subscription we got is Free Plan. We have asked for another customer manager, a call back and of course our money back. We will see what happens ! Whatch out at this company when you sign a deal with them !!! Their pricing is tricky and unclear ! Honestly how ironic (irony number 1) is that: a reviews company has itself 1,8 stars ??? We wanted to downgrade in month 4 of the 12 months contract and received the email from the account manager that is not possible mid-term but only at the end of the contract. Now at the end of the contract she is saying we should have done this 30 days prior to the expiration. We feel ourselves fooled, scamed and extorted ! (by a review company-irony number 2).

Terrible app and company. These leeches make money off brands by giving open forum for reviews including bot reviews and then attempting to upsell you on upgrading to a higher tier program which allows filtering.

We give everyone the opportunity to use our platform for free, this allows you to engage and respond to reviews, build on your TrustScore and also flag what you feel are false reviews about your business. Whilst we are a free platform and open for everyone to use unpaid, we recognise that we offer exclusive features to our paying customers. These features focus mostly on marketing collateral for businesses, deeper platform insights, increased use of features such as Trustboxes and access to Customer Success Manager. They do not offer to ability to remove reviews of any kind. All reviews made to businesses (paid or on a free plan) are scanned by the same systems and have the same flagging processes, we have the same rules for both because we must maintain the integrity of our platform and we see this as a pivotal component of doing so. Bis jetzt kann ich die APP nicht richtig einrichten. Ich kann mich auf der Trustpilot Seite einloggen - kein Problem. Die APP Installieren geht auch. Aber beim Login in die APP erhalte ich die Fehlermeldung, dass E-Mail und Kennwort nicht zusammenpassen. Obwohl meine 2 Faktor Authentifizierung abgefragt wird, also offensichtlich stimmen die Logindaten....wow edit: Support per Chat angeschrieben am Donnerstag...das sind jetzt fast 5 Tage...keine Antwort bis jetzt.

horrible customer care. I feel like i talk with a robot everytime i send them an email, no one understands. I was supposed to talk with a manager she didnt reply to emails. Dont use trustpilot, better use google reviews, at least its free. trustpilot- Waste of time and money. They have 19 one star review

The drag and drop feature for the widget would not work at all. Tried on two different laptops and browsers. Click to drag and drop and the icon highlights the first time but then wont carry over.

Doent work for Draft orders and 60% of our business comes from that and support is just saying - they dont know and they cant do anything - really worthless for us.

Useless app. Never worked propertly. I was using it for 2 years, and it doesnt worth the money! No customer support, they are worst, you need to wait for days before can have any useless ansver! The integration doestn work, the widgets are continously not showinv. One glitch after another glitch! Very bed experience!
